I, too, was hoping for a short season. An opening and closing of a chapter. I wouldn’t mind if they continue with the concept and go to different lands, but I’m hoping it stays to the original order of episodes.

They may still try to do the shorter seasons with the season story-arc that gets wrapped up. I was looking forward to it being a gap-filler for OUAT so that with the longer hiatus (necessary because of olympics / oscars being pushed back / making the season stretch from Sept – May) that we would have had it where it was originally intended so we wouldn’t have as much of a break except for summer but then they made it its own fall show so I have no idea what’s going on now.
On the bright side we get double the fun during the fall but winter and summer are still going to be awful and now we just don’t know what they’re doing with OUATIW. I still think that the comments here were from their original intention of the show (when it was meant with the mad hatter in mind) but I’m not sure what else may have changed.
Just glad the bunny has a different voice cause now I can think he’s adorable and it’s all good. 🙂
Looking forward to it regardless but until it starts airing we probably won’t have much real stuff to go on unless it gets a panel over the summer which it might (hope so).

Might they do something at ComicCon this year? A little sneak peak? That would be a great time to reveal more about the show.

According to Adam’s Twitter Q and A last night, it’s possible that OUATinWL will be at ComicCon which will surely answer some of these questions we have.
