Is Charming running into Regina’s house with a sword? Guess that’s when she’s arrested and taken to the cell?

I don’t know, it looks like a pretty intense moment, maybe it’s from a latter episode. Why would he need a sword to fight powerless Regina?

Good point! That would be enough to push any loving father or husband over the edge – especially considering that Regina deprived Charming of his family for 28 years while he was in a comma. She definitely robbed him of his life, and for her to try again would certainly make him want revenge.

That’s definitely a possibility. I’m almost positive Regina will get her powers back within the first 3 episodes, so maybe the first thing she does is make Emma and Snow disappear.
I think what i thinks happens is that Regina gets a bit of magic from Rumpel or a spell or something that gives her a kick which she uses but she still doesn’t have control anymore. Like maybe there is something weird like she can’t use her magic out of hate since the magic that is in our world was made from Snow and Charming’s love. I don’t really know.
I mostly agree, except I doubt Rumpel would give Regina any magic. I think their relationship is pretty dead in the water right now. Regina probably regains her powers from her mother’s old spell book.
I also agree that Regina will have trouble regaining her powers at first. The magic that Rumpel released into Storybrooke was created from true love, so she may end up being the only who isn’t able to use it. Regina’s true love is dead, and I don’t see Henry warming up to her anytime soon.
We know that Rumpel gives Regina something. I don’t think it is the spell book though i guess it could be that simple. I agree that Regina and Rumpel are not on the same side, but they never really have been. They both have their own agendas. I could see Rumpel giving Regina something that she thinks might help her, but in the end does not. That is usually what he does when he “helps” people. And it benefits him to help Regina do something that will harm herself in this case or just generally causes conflict between Regina and the family. Especially if Rumpel is then able to do a deal with Charming later on because of whatever damage Regina may cause with Rumpel’s help. I mean we will see. We don’t know enough at this point. And this is ep 2.
