assuming the imposter theory is debunked could he be Cora? she would need to hide. The scene in which she transforms from Lancelot is classic Checkovs Gun, it will come into play eventulay
I agree with Hook. Cora being able to transform has got to come back into play later. I mean, she can’t really just WALK around SB now can she? Several people know her: Regina, Rumple, Snow and Emma (since I assume they are back), and perhaps Charming. Maybe even Jefferson if the QoH ever took off that veil.
