ParticipantI don’t think it is so. That is what I thought at first, then I went back and compared season one opening sequence with season 2 presented. Many of them are repeats except for the ones I bolded. I originally thought they were all of them, but was told since that was not what was communicated. So some of the old ones may be repeated, but the bolded ones in the list are the new ones 🙂 Sorry for the confusion. I was confused as well.
Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, and Jack and the Beanstalk are the obvious ones; but #4 and #6 — the white horse, and the man on woman on black and white horses — were not season 1 opening sequences that I found, so must be new as well.

ParticipantI guess Snow and the seven dwarves will be used again for the “taking back the kingdom”-episode. ^.^ It was used for that other episode where they rescued Charming – no clue which one it was.

ParticipantWait a minute, then it looks like the last episode of the season is going to be a Rumpel centric episode. The opening sequence for the last one shows the infamous beanstalk from Jack and the Beanstalk (Baelfire).

😆
OMG! I didn’t even notice that! So, Baelfire might be returning in the season 2 finale! 😮 😮 😮

KeymasterGod, I hope you guys right. I would love for the season 2 climax to be Rumpel-centric. And I am dying to finally meet Baelfire. I had a feeling Bae would pop up somehwere towards the end of the season as the season 2 cliffhanger.

ParticipantThe sequence of the opening scenes has no relevance! Lana Parilla as well as Kitsis&Horowitz hinted that we would see Mulan and Aurora in the first part of the season …

ParticipantI don’t think the order means anything. I think most of them are from Season 1 and then a few of them are from Season 2. I don’t think the order is the order of the episodes or anything.

ParticipantFrom what I read, the hints to this season are the ones not used last season. Also from what I gather, the order didn’t matter.

ParticipantDon’t you think the two unused ones are also new ones? There was also one of Emma’s bug.
