what if Neverland attracts boys from a certain descent? this might be why when rumple found out he’s to have a boy he did everything in his power to protect him – even to become to village coward? maybe this is why when Hook found out that Henry was Bae’s son he understood the importance of getting him back?
maybe this is why robin hood’s life was spared because he had to protect his son too?

Bae and Henry are from the same family, yes, but why the other Lost Boys if they are supposed to be from a certain descent. None of those, that we know of, are related to Rumple or Bae. Typically the Lost Boys are orphans or those who don’t have loving families.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"At the moment I’m off on a crackpot tangent where PP needs Henry because they’re from the same bloodline, because PP and Rumple are brothers. I think that’s something very specific to the prophecy though, and doesn’t extend to everyone in NL.
It will be interesting to see if Hook knows anything about that picture of PP’s. If he does, then he may put 2 and 2 together and figure out that Henry is someone PP’s been searching for for a loooonnnng time.
As for Rumple being overly protective due to the fear of NL…could be possible. Many people think Rumple went there searching for Bae. I’m not personally convinced that he did, but I do suspect he was there as a child.
I’m also on team PP and Rumple are brothers, but I don’t why PP would need those other boys if he’s only interested in his own bloodline. So I think PP’s desire for Henry has more to do with Henry’s heart instead of his blood.

I think Rumple may have gone to Neverland to get ingredients for his curse but I don’t think he ever believed Bae was there.
