Someone’s put together a little collection of pics of the handle of the sword that Bae was using, and concluded that it’s the same one Emma’s holding. The Emma pic is blurry when zoomed in, but you can just make out the little ball bit that’s in the shots of Bae’s sword, (Emma’s thumb is partially obscured by the ball):
So the sheathed blade is in her right hand, facing away from the camera, which is why the perspective makes it look shorter.[adrotate group="5"]September 6, 2013 at 3:56 pm #208429HappyEndingsSpectatorIf that is Bae’s sword do you think Hook told Emma the truth including the fact that he was with Bae’s mother? I know Rumble wouldn’t provide that detail to Emma, but Hook I don’t know hmmmm.
September 6, 2013 at 4:32 pm #208435PriceofMagicParticipantI don’t think Hook would outright tell Emma he was sleeping with Bae’s mother since that doesn’t seem like something you would openly reveal to a potential romantic partner that you had a relationship with her ex’s mother.
I think Emma may figure it out though. She knows Hook loved a woman named Milah and that Rumple killed her. All it would take is for Emma to find out that Bae’s mother’s name was Milah then Emma can put two and two together.

September 6, 2013 at 5:05 pm #208438PriceofMagicParticipantYou wouldn’t talk about past romantic relationships with a current romantic partner or someone you’re hoping to be romantic partners with. If Emma asked specifically for the information then fair enough but I don’t see Hook volunteering the information.

Yea, I kind of wonder that too.
September 6, 2013 at 5:55 pm #208443kfchimeraParticipantYou do if you know its the kind of thing that could potentially put someone off a relationship and they might get upset that it was a lie by omission kind of thing, that you did not tell them earlier.

September 6, 2013 at 6:09 pm #208444HappyEndingsSpectatorAgain I agree with KFC ^—-Nothing would make a person hate you more if you didn’t tell them the truth especially in this case. Hook had a relationship with her boyfriend’s mother.
I wonder if Emma or perhaps Rumble will see that photo of Milah that Bae saw? Emma wouldn’t know that was Rumble’s wife if she did see the photo but Rumble might not be very happy with that photo. Also, Snow and David don’t know the story about Hook and Rumble, I wonder if they will ask?
September 6, 2013 at 6:23 pm #208447sacrlcParticipantI know this is out there, but the first thing I thought while looking at Emma holding the sword was Uma Thurman holding the samurai sword in Kill Bill.
But then again…….
Don't grow up. It's a trap.
September 6, 2013 at 8:02 pm #208452RumplesGirlKeymasterOn the one, it’s not something you drop into casual conversation (btw: I was sleeping with your son’s paternal grandmother) but on the other hand if Hook doesn’t tell her, Neal will. For CS to have any kind of future they have to open and honest with each other. And while it’s not exactly a fun conversation, Hook does need to tell her. Besides, don’t we all eventually have that conversation with our mates, the extra fun “so who was before me?” conversation?
