Why did Belle even need to undergo a sleeping curse to stop her baby developing? They’re in the Underworld where time stands still (much like it does in Neverland). Without hope, there’s no growth, only decay. Hence, the symbolic broken clocktower. I know, I know. My questions are pointless, and we’re overthinking this.
Maybe because Belle is still living she has the possibility for growth….???????
