Maybe this is pointless but why isn’t Belle in the Red Room?
Right! Like, didn’t all sleeping curses send people to the Red Room or did Adam and Eddy just forget that detail? Then again…Regina told Snow White she’d be locked in her dreams formed from her own regrets…maybe the sleeping curse can be altered or something!? I don’t know anymore….
And so magic just has no effect whatsoever on Mr. Hyde…like he was literally messing with them and brushed their magic off like it was nothing.

Maybe because they are split magic doesn’t work on Hyde. Maybe he isn’t a real person somehow. Like in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde how Jekyll had to kill himself to stop Hyde. Maybe the only way you can hurt Hyde is by using magic on Jekyll. They have to still be connected.
The red room is actually where people go after the sleeping curse has been broken, as a side effect. Those who are currently going through the sleeping curse instead end up in that pitch black room above the red room.
Okay, that’s right. But…
Either way, Belle should be in the Netherworld.
