I liked the fact that after hinting at it ever since “Skin Deep” in the first season, they finally confirmed that the “Severe Nurse” in the basement really is Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest when Henry said “Hi, Nurse Ratched.”

So the guy with the mop must be The Chief. I wonder if they will slip in another reference to that story since Brad Dourif, who played Zoso, also played Billy Bibbit in the film version of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest?” I doubt they’re going to resurrect Zoso and find him in the basement, but maybe they will toss in a little line for Rumple mentioning the two characters as a nod to the audience, like they did with his comment about Merida’s accent.
