I don’t think Abagail and Charming are getting married there. It’s probably just an engagement part that happened before the events we see later where Charming met Snow. Them getting married *completely* changes history which is what Hook and Emma are trying to avoid.
I thought about that too @lumee23. They’re in the past, the last thing they need is to stand out. They need to blend in, and Emma wears that red dress, which makes me wonder, who chose it? Her or Killian.
Is the brown leather jacket Emma is wearing the same jacket she wore the last time she was in EF? Or is it different?
Edit – It is the same brown leather jacket. I went and reviewed 2×5 clips. Interesting.

So Charming doesn’t catch Snow in the net in this version? It’s either that or he doesn’t save her from Regina’s guards after she dumps him in the river and runs, and I’d guess the former is more likely. So do Emma and Hook interfere somehow at the point after Snow hit Charming with the rock after the very first time they met? Like, Emma rushes in to make sure Charming is OK, unaware that it was Snow who he’d been fighting with. Charming thanks them for helping him and invites them to the ball. And then when Charming is filling Abigail in, Emma figures out that the bandit was Snow and realises she’s made a huge mistake by getting involved.
And if this is happening in the past, will we see things/people/memories starting to fade out of existence in SB to reflect history changing?
But somehow things end up back on track because they still have the scene of Charming holding the ring after they get it back from the Trolls, which has to come after the stake scene because Snow still has the dark fairy dust there.

Regina finally caught Snow. I always wondered if Regina would really kill Snow if she caught her.
If the wedding is Charming&Abigail’s than I would be so angry. They promised us a real wedding not an AU thing that 100% gets canceled until the end of the episode.
