If you look at the super high res version of the pic at full size, it does look like there might be some subtle differences between that and Snow’s costume, plus one glaringly obvious one, the person on the stake doesn’t seem to have the fur collar. Perhaps Marian was impersonating Snow for some reason and got captured, and they’re bringing Snow in to show her what happens to people who associate with her in any way.
[adrotate group="5"]What if Emma thinks that is her mother and then jumps into save her. Maid Marian alive would certainly add some drama for Regina and Robin. Or they might just make it that Regina is the one who killed her, and that might be their drama for next season.
Abigail’s dress looks like it has a white checkerboard pattern and Emma is in bright red, make me think of wonderland, maybe that could be the next stop?
I personally would never forgive Emma if she stopped Outlaw Queen, but I know that won’t happen. Marian is dead, and Regina had nothing to do with it. Blame it on her uncle King John.
As for the costume…I’m more than certain that it’s Snow White wearing that sack because that’s her costume, and Marian wears purple robes.

I think Regina burned RH’s wife at the stake this will kind of mirror of what Rumple did to his wife since he killed her, Regina kills Marian and RH will go after her once he finds out after all so far they haven’t said her name to each other have they? After all RH said that his wife was killed for a job that he did and Regina had posters on him to0.
Note: Snow still has her fairy dust with her.
Note: Regina wanted Snow’s heart not to burn her at the stake so this Marian that is at the stake because of RH’s job not because of Snow.

And Marian once again wears Purple Dresses, not Bandit Clothing! Regina didn’t really care how she killed Snow White, she just wanted her dead. There was a kill on sight on Snow’s wanted posters for goodness sakes! Therefore….Snow White is tied to the stake!

Robin knows how Marian died, so I’m sure that if that’s Marian, it’s something that’s been altered by Emma and Hook going back, because he wouldn’t have fallen for Regina if she killed his wife.
The only time we’ve seen Marian before is when she was peegnant, but Robin said she died doing a job. What she was wearing while pregant weren’t her “work” clothes.
The fact that the actress for Marian tweeted about working with a bag over her head is pretty good evidence that that’s Marian on the stake.
