Remember, last night had a HUGE football game plus the premire of JJ Abrams new show “Almost Human” on Fox which has been promoted like mad, so don’t freak out with initials. They are going to go up in the next few days.
Over at ABC, the sharp 41 percent decline was a result of “The 40th American Music Awards” airing on the year-ago evening. But the alphabet net’s combination of “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (#3: 3.8/ 6), “Once Upon a Time” (#4: 4.2/ 6), “Revenge” (#3: 3.9/ 6) and “Betrayal” (#3: 2.5/ 4) continues to lag, with “Betrayal” a goner and “Revenge” only in contention at this point for a fourth season to accumulate enough episodes for off-network.

The Chicago market, one of the biggest ones in the USA, was one of the areas that had no power (along with Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and other parts of Illinois) so that definitely had to affect ratings last night. IMO, TAR is going to get adjusted down because their second half hour way went down and the shows that got NFL overrun will probably be adjusted down too. OUAT didn’t do that badly all things considered but I bet their DVR numbers will be off the charts this week.
