Won’t lie. Little surprised. This is LOWER than last weeks 2.1 (not by much, I know) despite our overall number being higher (4.4 this week, 4.3 last), meaning we have less 18-49 yr olds watching.

TV RatingsUpdate: ABC’s “Resurrection” Ratings Up Slightly for Finale
By Brian Cantor | May 5, 2014Update: As it did in the overnight metered markets, the season finale of ABC’s “Resurrection” finale enjoyed minor gains in adults 18-49 and total viewers.
Per Nielsen’s Fast National data, Sunday’s “Resurrection” posted a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating with 7.87 million viewers. The previous broadcast drew a 1.9 with 7.46 million viewers in the comparable fast nationals and a 1.9 with 7.85 million in the finals.
ABC’s Sunday lineup also included
“America’s Funniest Home Videos” (1.6, 6.21 million),“Once Upon a Time” (2.0, 6.70 million)
and “Revenge” (1.3, 5.02 million).
ABC’s “Resurrection” season finale did not perform like a blockbuster television event, but it did enjoy a slight bounce in the overnight ratings.
After posting a 5.0 overnight household for the season’s penultimate episode, “Resurrection” delivered a 5.1 for the season finale.
Last week’s 5.0 translated into a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating with 7.85 million viewers. While the viewership count was up from that of the previous telecast, the was a series low.

ABC’s Sunday lineup also included
“America’s Funniest Home Videos” (3.8),
“Once Upon a Time” (4.4) and
“Revenge” (3.6).

ox’s The Simpsons built a higher ratings tower for its much-anticipated Lego tie-in that marked the show’s 550th episode. The animated modern classic had 4.3 million viewers and a 1.9 rating among adults 18-49, bouncing 19 percent from last week’s episode (which was initially scored as a new low, but was later adjusted up by Nielsen). Simpsons came within a hair of ABC’s 8 p.m. leader Once Upon a Time in the slot, and led into a slightly boosted Family Guy and Cosmos. In fact, Cosmos ranked in second place at 9 p.m. (said it before and I’ll do so again, this special education series has performed better than its reputation in the press has suggested).
Once Upon was followed by the finale of Resurrection (7.9 million, 2.0). ABC hasn’t yet announced its renewals, but this freshman mystery thriller is getting one. Resurrection easily beat CBS’ The Good Wife and NBC’s Believe. Good Wife has already received its critic-and-award-driven mercy renewal, while Believe is not expected to return.
At 10 p.m., it was a derby of sadness. ABC’s Revenge, CBS’ The Mentalist and NBC’s Crisis scored at best a 1.3 rating, with Revenge and Mentalist tying their series lows.

Comparably, CBS bested No. 2 ABC overall by a hefty 55 percent. But the race among adults 18-49 (and other key demos) is likely to fall in ABC’s favor.

A word about episode 318 “Bleeding Through”
There will be no Live + 7 numbers because it ran on Easter. I’m seeing people say that ABC is labeling that episode as “special” and not giving the 7-day numbers. So I guess we’ll never know the final numbers.

More numbers in a bit but we’re probably looking at a very low 2 in demos. Possibly high 1’s
