Cora was pretty powerful person and if she could only come by the beans or a curse like Regina did then I wonder how people would be able to follow them unless Owen makes more beans? ❓

We have yet to see the return of Emma’s hat, the one she made Jefferson in “Hat Trick” and when last we saw it, it was in her car. Neverland is a land with magic (I assume) so I think the hat could take them there.

They better take the entire crop with them or else GOAT will use them. But since you need drama GOAT will also find another way to follow the Jolly Roger since Tamara obviously wants magic pretty badly.
If the cast realizes Tamara and Owen are up to no good, I hope the main cast would have the good sense to take the entire bean crop with them. Yet, I’m afraid if Tamara survives the S2 finale, then she’d eventually find a way to the EF or Neverland. I’m still wandering why Tamara wants magic. Does she want to steal it for some evil power trip or does she want to destroy all magic? She said to the Dragon that she wanted to make sure no one else ever found out about his magic. Why?

Interesting. Gregor Mendel is a very significant name, since he is considered the father of modern genetics due to his experiments on pea plants. If Owen/Greg turns out to be a sinister scientist, he might be able to cultivate another plant, even if the core cast takes all the beans with them. In theory, all he’d need is an off-shoot of the leftover beanstalk. So, even though it might take another harvest season, he’d eventually be able to yield another crop, which would spell trouble for the fates of all magical lands.

I feel like she has to survive the S2 finale. If she doesn’t it’s a VERY short arc. And with so much to tie up: Belle, Snow’s Dark Heart, ect, also jam packing in Tamara’s backstory, her agenda, and her demise into 2 or 3 episodes is a bit overwhelming. (I say two or three because 19 is the Rumbelle episode and 20 is probably a Snow/Regina episode which means Tamara’s plans and history would have to be reveled in 21 and 22 and if we’re also getting flashbacks of Lost Boys in 22 then my head is already exploding)

I think it was Slurpeez who postulated that perhaps the rest of the cast (Red, Granny, the dwarves, ect) will go back to the EF to try and take down the Ogres and make it safe again.
Granny alone can take care of the ogres. You do not want to mess with her.
I was wondering about Neverland being a permanent move too, or maybe the Charmings and our core cast go to Neverland, but some choose to stay in Storybrooke or go to Enchanted Forest. I can’t see ALL of Storybrooke picking up and moving to Neverland.

I believe Regina will go along, so as to be with Henry. I think it would be a great if Regina gradually decides she wants to be a mother to the Lost Boys, who eventually accept her as their new mom. This may result in Regina’s heart becoming pure again, as she would be making the ultimate sacrifice of the heart, give up her adopted son for the better good of caring for the Lost Boys as their mother.

Mike while that is a good idea in theory, I doubt that will happen at least on the Regina end, I think by the end of the season 2 finale Regina will most likely be back in full evil queen mode.
I believe the biggest threat of the season finale will come from Tamara & Greg(Owen) Which I think will force everyone in Storybrooke to have to work together to stop them and that includes enemies having to align with each other short term to try and defeat them and escape Storybrooke. But once they hit the shores of Neverland all bets & alliances will be off.
Looking ahead to Season 3 with the majority of the cast being in Neverland gives us so much to play with. I admit Peter Pan was one of my favorite tales as a kid. I’m expecting that good portion of season 3 will be spent in Neverland.
March 31, 2013 at 1:08 pm #183450RumplesGirlKeymasterI agree with Lisa about Regina. I think with Regina and Rumple, their road to redemption is going to be a very long one. I don’t think there is any one act that Regina or Rumple could do that would absolve them of their sins. It’s a series long road for the two of them. And I also think Regina will be in EQ mode for awhile. Lana’s brilliant either way but when she’s the EQ: gosh dang it she shines!
