So another war of the twitter birds has raged on while I was blissfully sleeping in my Little corner of the World. Why all that hate ? I never get it.

Little blue birds of the twitter Woods, please try to remember to appriciate the creators and actors that make Worlds and characters, which we can feel so very passionate about, come to life. If it were not for these wonderfully querky talented creators, daring to put there own “fan”fiction into our tvscreens, those our screens would only be filled with dreadfull news readings and cooking shows… o_O *scary thought*

lets hope we dont scare them all off.

A Love day is always a good idea RG, count me in 🙂

I am in desperate need of another love day. This fandom sickens me in general. JMo shouldn’t have felt that she needed to write a response to the haters. That still makes me upset.

Considering that the SF thread and CS thread are two of the most active threads alongside the out in Storybrooke thread during this hiatus, love day would make the forum extremely quiet on that day.

This show works well as its is narrative based and seeing the journey,

In season 1, i wasnt a shipper i mean i liked Snowing, and no i didnt see anyone for Emma, and i adored her. But i understood that if/when Emma would get a love interest it will be someone who totally gets her, and i for one hope i like it because i like Emma. And then season 2 happened, i was impressed with Hook and what drew me is that he saw Emma for what she is and who she is – he was impressed, intrigued and he respected the hell of out that she bested him, and importantly he read her like an open book, and not just that for me Emma’s centric episode was VERY telling, by now i assume ppl know how OUAT works and how they set things up in episodes… this was it for Emma/Hook – groundwork laid for them, kindredness, connection and they talked of love, loss and trust.  And bang Cora tells the audience You chose her – that was such a telling line.  So for me this is how i became someone who rooted for Emma/Hook due to how they have been written and showed between them and why and still am.

I don’t believe I was here for the last Love Day. Can anyone fill me in on how it works?

On love day, the chat is still open right? We just can’t talk about the forbidden things, right?

I think the large amount of “shipping” in the forums is my fault. More accurately, the fault of those like me, who aren’t interested in shipping but don’t take the time to write anything, leaving many of the posts to be written by shippers (who are certainly enthusiastic fans.) Ive been away from the forums for a while, mainly because I was very busy but even when I had a minute free and was tempted to log in, I’d think “Why take the time? It will probably be mostly shipping stuff which I don’t care to read.” If all the other non-shippers did the same, there would be nothing but shipping here. Imagine my surprise when I looked tonight and saw so many wonderful new threads on so many of the characters! It will take me days to read over most of them. So, thanks to all of you who contributed other things for those of us who don’t read the shipping stuff. I’ll try to make time to log in more often and occasionally post something myself.

There have been some good conversations in the character threads!  And I think even though a lot of the posters would consider themselves part of one ‘ship or another – or gasp!  opposing ships! 🙂 – the conversations really have stayed away from that particular topic.
