    Favorite

We were right about The RQ and the Knave!!

    The Knave is so excellent

    Yay for Robin!

    Alice is very clever

    Jafar is perfectly menacing

    Least favorite

They NEED to stop using that CGI of doom scene. It’s very distracting

    Almost no Bunny

Sad use of just Mal’s voice

Again, still too much going on–Bandersnatch, Grendel, Caterpillar, Forget me Not(Knot)

Struggling with Cylice at the moment. They aren’t building that the way they should.

I liked the Pumba-like monster.  Did not like Grendel, I have a brother with a facial deformation and it was too close to what he looks like.  I wish they had shown Maleficent, even if was just a dragon shot.  It hadn’t bothered me before, but the CGI is bothering me now, as are the RQ’s lips.

Most interesting parts for me was the stuff with Robin. I liked getting an insight into his attitude towards magic, and his morals in general. Makes me even more eager to see how he interacts with Regina whenever they finally meet up.

At the end of the first ep, that CGI shot made me cringe, but I figured at least it was brief and a one time thing. Argh!

The one where they’re walking along the path through the fields with all the funny shaped trees. It all looks so completely fake.

If it was better I’d be fine. But the fact that they go from the incredibly obvious CGI to the real outdoors is perplexing. One second their amongst really fake trees and weird sky and the next they’re obviously in wooded Canada

    Ditto.

    Favourite:

    The Star wars reference

Being proven right that The Red Queen was Anastasia and seeing how innocent she used to be

Jafar just strolling into the Caterpillar’s den

The knave (I’m surprised the TV censors let him get away with some of the things he says or do they consider it a “british” thing?)

    Least favourite:

Alice sending the note back to Cyrus (It was a stupid thing to do and it was obvious Jafar was going to find it)

Maleficent not being onscreen (Just her voice felt kind of like a cop out)

Robin Hood’s attitude (Probably as a result of seeing Lacey and this being set before that, but I found him to be very hypocritical)

All magic comes with a price!
