    If Dr. Whale is Frankenstein, I hope the show writers don’t fall for the common misconception about the Mary Shelley story. Frankenstein was not the guy on the elevated slab with bolts in his neck getting lightning zapped into him. Frankenstein was the guy in the white labcoat screaming, “IT’S ALIVE!!” The full name of the character is Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Though, that doctor was also characterized as a monster because of his heartlessness towards his own creation. If the writers do go with this mixup, I hope they make a good story out of it.

    Yes, Frankenstien is the name of the Doctor…the ‘monster’ was never given a name, it just became Frankenstien, over the years. That’s why part of the theory me and TheGoldeKey have about Dr Whale being ‘Dr’ Frankenstein includes the ‘monster’ as being Daniel.
