Dany is all my all time favorite but her understanding of magic is not exactly…accurate. She’s taking revenge on MMD, reiterating MMD’s words back to her.
I don’t think this is the correct reading of it, but think as you will. I think blood magic was involved.

Fine… Daenerys isn’t the last of her house. She thinks she is the last of her house. Master Aemon is dead at the end of book 4. Also, there is the mummer’s dragon, but he’s a fake. And yeah, hidden Targaryens everywhere.

And who else? I’ve seen so many speculations that the dwarf and/or his siblings are also hidden Targaryens everywhere.
Well after the world book I can assure you that Cersei and Jaime are not hidden Targs. Tyrion…his case got stronger. There’s a lot of debate about it right now.
There’s also Bloodraven and Quaithe both of whom are Hlaf-Targ (son and daughter of Aegon IV)

Whether or not D and J actually go get together is up in the air–it is possible. However, it’s important to note that the son(g) of ice and fire is only Jon. Jon is not ice to Dany’s fire (Bran is….). And the song of ice and fire has nothing to do with a romance between RL except in their byproduct of J (and while I do think they were in love–well I know they were) they aren’t the song of ice and fire; the song of ice and fire belongs to TPTWP and that is what JON IS. And only Jon. That’s his role in the universe–he is the great balance.
