2014-15 TV Show Season Ratings (week 3)

    .

    .

My question is  ….. Does NIELSON RATINGS adjust for multi – TV families?    Hubby watches the football games  …. rest of family usually watches ONCE.  HOW would they account of multiple TVs.

    .

    8 . . . ONCE UPON A TIME …  3.17 ( 18-49)  43.94%  ….. 9.12 mill … 28.8%

First bit of ratings news for 404 “The Apprentice”

“Once Upon a Time” (#4: 4.7/ 7), sophomore “Resurrection” #3: 3.4/ 5), which dipped to a series-low, and tired “Revenge” (#3: 3.8/ 6). Given the recent track record for “Once Upon a Time,” expect in the vicinity of a 2.6 rating among adults 18-49. But the 9-11 p.m. block on ABC will lose considerable steam.

The first bit of the ratings have come in for episode 404 “The Apprentice.” We’ll get the full version shortly.

    18-49 Demo: 2.9

That is a .3 increase since last week.

The previously mentioned ratings for 404 “The Apprentice” were WRONG. This is the real deal. Sorry for confusion

Number of Live Viewers: 7.91 million

    18-49 Demo: 2.7

That is a .1 increase since last week

Once Upon A Time (8-9pm – 7.9 million and 2.7/7 in AD18-49):  More than doubling its Adult 18-49 lead-in at 8pm (+145%), ABC’s Once Upon A Time beat CBS’ Madam Secretary in the hour by 93% (2.7/7 vs. 1.4/4).
For the 4th consecutive week, Once Upon A Time built from its year-ago telecast in Total Viewers (+11% – 7.9 million vs. 7.1 million) and Adults 18-49 (+29% – 2.7/7 vs. 2.1/5).

The ABC drama was up from its week-ago Fast Affiliate numbers (+3%/+4% – 7.7 million and 2.6/7), which revised upward, and held even with its National numbers (7.9 million and 2.7/7).

Final Adjusted Ratings are in for episode 404 “The Apprentice”

    Number of Viewers: 8.07 million

    Demo: 2.7

That’s a small increase in viewers and no change in the demo

Once Upon A Time matched last week’s 2.7 adults 18-49 rating.

They did back in the 1990s, so I would assume they still do. I was a “Nielson family” back in the 90s and they gave me a form to fill out recording what was watched on every TV in the household (which was only one in my case.) Once a week, I would list the programs I had watched and mail it in.
