And that's not all: Emma's (Jennifer Morrison) set to have her own proper love interest when the show returns in the fall.

“Season one, for Emma, it was about Henry, and season two is going to be about the idea of romantic love in her life—she's never allowed that before,” she says. “And also exploring the relationship with her mother now that she knows who her mother is.” (Aka her same-generation roommate Mary-Margaret.)

Emma has experienced her fair share of love interests in season one, Sheriff Graham (Jamie Dornan) and August (Eion Bailey), but Jennifer isn't sure who the lucky guy will be next season. She just knows he will be attractive. “They're promising me these romantic things in season two, but I don't know who or what or why or when!” she tells us. “I mean, look at all the men who have been on our show; they're all pretty hot. I'm not too worried about Adam and Eddie finding some hot men. It's like Jamie Dornan, Sebastian Stan and Josh Dallas…we have very attractive men on our show!”

so maybe August won't be back next season, hence the reason why Emma will have a new love interest. which I always thought would be awkward especially if he is still a puppet.

One thing Emma won’t be experiencing in season two? A change in hair color! Jennifer rocked some gorgeous red locks on the carpet (“I just wanted to try all the colors of the Charlie’s Angels!”), but she confirmed, “I’m going to have to go back to blond because we pick up where we left off!”

I’ve seen pics of Jennifer with the red hair. She looks good, but it’s a relief when she comes back on the show, it’ll be blond again.

It will be interesting to see the whole romance thing for Emma. Especially who it'll be. August or Jefferson or some other guy who'll show up. Maybe even connected to Henry's father?

I always thought August and Emma were more like siblings in their relationship than lovers. She and Graham had more chemistry for a potential love relationship.

I somehow want Baelfire to be her true love, and he's the one she's getting together with. We do know we'll find out what happened to him in season 2, and maybe he'll even show up in SB? And if he even turns out to be Henry's father, that would add a lot more to it, Emma being reluctant to admit her feelings for him after what happened 10 years ago.

I kinda thought the Huntsman would be her true love. Her kiss was the one that was able to regain his memories. I guess that means that she will have a new interest, unless they are somehow able to bring him back.

Hmm, so Emma has a new love interest. For the love of God, please don’t let this one get his heart ripped out or turn into wood. 😆 Emma needs a little love too. 😥

MY THEORY:

EMMA meets and falls in love with a character we have not yet met.

TOWARD the end of the season Gold finds Baelfire ( he had been looking the entire season) Low and behold…. Baelfire is Henry’s father…. now there is a real family rumpus because

EMMA had not told Baelfire about the pregnancy
She no longer loves him…
Henry wants to know his father OR
Henry has bonded with Emma’s boyfriend and Gold and Baelfire are all up in arms about Henry’s rejection of Gold and Bael.

I think if Bae comes to Storybrooke and turns out to be Henry’s father, then Henry’s going to want to get to know him. I’m of the opinon that Bae isn’t evil. He may be brooding, distrustful, bitter, but I don’t think he’ll be evil. I also don’t think it’s going to be a happy reunion with Rumple. What’s the saying…there are always three sides to a story: his side, her side, and the truth. I think this is going to be the case for Emma and Bae.

I can’t wait to see how they handle Emma and MM. I’m simply currious to see what she calls her. “Mom?” “Mary Margaret?” “Snow?” This has to be one of the most interesting plot lines EVER on a television show.

Think about it – so when Emma does get a love interest I’m assuming she will still be living with MM, who will then be living with David – so she will be living with her parents?? So when the guy picks her up – her dad, who is the same age as her, will be sizing the guy up and trying to act like the protective father??? And then will they try to give her a curfew?? There don’t appear to be any actually walls on the bedrooms in MM’s apartment, right? So now she lives with her parents and will be bringing a guy back – with her parents there??? And most people are grossed out by the thought of their parents, um . . . . – but her parents used to be just her friends, and they are HER age. Did she used to think David was hot – cause really, would that just totally creep her out now??
Is David going to start calling her “Princess?” Cute nickname lots of dads call their little girls – totally different meaning for this particular one.

Will leather be acceptable attire in the Charming household?? Or will dresses be encouraged, Emma is royalty afterall. Will she have to get used to the dwarves dropping by for dinner all the time??
