Ok, going back to my idea I believe PP is working for the “Home Office”. I think the Home Office is holding PP and the Lost Men hostage until Henry arrives perhaps Henry will be the “Savior for PP and the Lost Boys” like Emma was to the town of SB. NL is frozen in time and so was SB (28 Years) 💡

Not particularly fond of this, truthfully. The Lost Ones have already been shown to have a Death Eater like mentality, I don’t buy it that they’re these good guys being held hostage by THO. Furthermore, the use and abuse of magic by Peter Pan without consequences in his tale goes against Once’s theme that magic always comes with a price, it’s only natural that in Onceverse it’d led him to be corrupted into becoming a darker version of the character we’re used to see.
It is interesting to draw a parallel between SB and NL, Emma & Henry. We don’t know where Rumpel’s curse came from–but BF had an idea of the price of it. She could have seen a similar thing before, like when NL became NL. There may be something to it, that still has PP & lost ones as evil–like Regina was in SB though she created it. PP could be the victim of his own curse, yet not ready to break it.

I do like parallels. But the Lost Ones don’t seem overly controlled, they seem like they ones doing the controlling.

I don’t think the guy on the beach needed PP’s help, I think he was working with Felix and the others to find Henry for PP. The question should probably be why does PP need the Lost Boys to find Henry, why can’t he find him for himself if he’s really that powerful?
I don’t think PP and them are working for anyone, I think PP is the main guy. If the Home Office is controlling PP then they would’ve had to have been around for like 300 years or so, considering we saw the Lost Boys looking for Henry way back then.
Also, why would the Home Office tell GOAT to take Henry to NL if they want to keep PP and the Lost Boys trapped?Yes I agree with the above. I think it might be useful to establish a chain of command, or hierarchy. From what we can tell as of the finale, this is how it looks top to bottom.
Peter Pan
Felix (second in command, Peter’s right hand man, answers directly to Peter)
The other Lost Ones who took Bae (these men are obviously loyal to Peter and have no desire to leave NL, so far as we can tell, it’s possible they answer directly to Felix)

4) Lost BoysPP never fails as in he always gets what he wants eventually, and I think Felix needed to see the picture cause he simply just didn’t memorize it. They probably go through a bunch of boys looking for the right one and he probably just didn’t memorize the picture. I know I would forget the exact details of the boy’s face lol.
And they probably don’t bring Bae to PP directly because he doesn’t want to be bothered with EVERY boy they find. If he’s the one in charge then it’s the job of those below him to find the correct boy and THEN bring the boy to PP. It’s like the CEO of a company, those under him need to bother him only with pertinent information. I’m sure PP would get pretty peeved after awhile if they constantly brought him random boys, he was probably like, “Don’t come to me unless you have HIM.”
