I’m not really on board the theory that Peter and Henry are identical or the same, so I don’t know if they need to look alike. But he needs to be able to be both childish and really dangerous.

I wasn’t necessarily either. But I think Jeremy Sumpter can do both childish and dangerous.

We all keep saying that they need to cast someone who is capable of pulling of being a teen, but what if that’s another change to the story? The Lost Ones (a deliberate name change perhaps) were not young boys. The youngest Felix might able to pass for is 22 or 23. What if Peter is also in his twenties? He and his lieutenants are older than the boys they capture. The boys are still young and “innocent” enough that their shadows are perfect for whatever PP does wit them.

The curse was created for Bae but now it is for Henry strange but lets look at the facts:

1) Rumble is afraid of this PP or perhaps someone else
2) Bae isn’t PP
3) Felix isn’t PP
4) We know it is a male
5) The home office is only 1 person
6) Emma didn’t take the FL book with her on the trip so it is no one in FL
7) Writers stated that we never met him before
8) Hook is afraid of PP
9) He is looking for Henry who is a boy

So what else do we know ❓

maybe it’s my inner gleek talking, but i would love to see chris colfer from glee doing peter pan. he is going to be a 23 this may, but he is rather youngish looking, if they are going for a young adult pan. and while he does have that mischievous boy feel about him that i always associated with pan, he could play sinister and cold-manipulator rather well if he is the season 3 villain. of course he is a regular on a another network, so unless pan is going to be a guest star in a few episodes, it ain’t happening.

Do we know all of that?
1) Rumple is concerned about going to NL like he was about Cora coming to SB the time he tried to put a spell on the well with Regina. Even if he might have more power than someone, he knows that those he cares for can be hurt and he is always aware magic has a price. So I wonder if he is really afraid of PP, or just afraid of the prophecy + PP +NL + price of magic, and that he wouldn’t be able to come back to Belle?

2-4 +7 + 9)Doesn’t look likely PP is anyone we have met if they are actually casting an actor for it and don’t want to reveal more. This could be because they are casting someone much older than we’d expect for PP–maybe someone who could be made to look ancient? Or even someone who won’t show at all, like casting a voice for a CGI figure.

5)We don’t know anything about the H.O. and apparently, neither did GOAT.

6)Who knows if Rumple magic’d the book (like the globe) and other stuff before they left. They were visited by Belle, all blue’d up, so they can have any plot device stuff they need to have if it becomes important. We didn’t see them get supplies, doesn’t mean they didn’t get them.

8)It’s likely Hook encountered PP when in NL. I don’t know how afraid he is–like with Cora again, he might know PP is dangerous and to be avoided, but with luck and cunning, could be survived.

Here’s some other things we might know–but might be just assuming

10) There are fairies and mermaids there
11) There is an island and an ocean
12) The Lost Ones are still there, working for PP

Do we think Rumple took the dagger? I’m going to assume he did, as he is paranoid about that thing.

I’m not too sure about this one. I think THO has PP as the head, but it obviously has branches in many worlds, including ours. And I think KFC is right: GOAT really don’t know anything about THO. They are very low on the food chain.

This idea could also help with some lingering questions we’ve had like clothing in NL. Rumple, Regina and Emma can just magic stuff for the JR crew. If Emma really needs the book then she can magic it to her, I suppose. But PP wouldn’t be in there unless he is originally a FTL character.

I like the way you wrote this because we know Rumple did not create the Curse, but he did put it together. The mystery of the Curse is for a later season, I’m sure.
