The scene they shot of YoungRumple and his father that ended up on the cutting room floor, they cast a separate actor to play him. If you look at a pic of Robert when he was Jared’s age, the resemblance is almost creepy, but like RumplesGirl said, it’d only serve to create confusion for casual viewers if all of a sudden Jared was playing YoungRumple as well as Henry, so I really don’t think they’d do that. There’s been nothing to suggest, in the show or in interviews with K&H, that the kid in the picture is anyone but Henry.
hey can you link to what you said about the cutting room floor? sounds interesting I did not know they already had anything about rumpel’s past! and where did you see a pic of RC as a young boy? that would be really interesting!!!!

Yes every time someone brings up the picture and S3, A and E always refer to the picture as Henry and say stuff like, “You’ll find out why PP wants Henry.”
Exactly. If that wasn’t Henry in the picture, K&H would do their evasive, “That sure looked like Henry in that picture,” instead of, “You’ll find out why PP wants Henry.” There is no question IMO that the kid in the picture is meant to be Henry himself, not a doppleganger.
Like I said above, the casting for this show is spot on. Jared does look like a young RC, but that doesn’t mean anything in the context of this show, just that the casting director is a genius. Every time A and E answer questions about S3, they refer to Henry as the person PP wants. And I don’t know how PP could be Rumple is Rumple is currently on the JR sailing toward NL to fight PP. No time travel in this show, A and E have been clear on that.

Sadly there are some inconsistencies (The Return speech from Rumple and the Apple) but not one so blatant as young Rumple being PP and meeting his older self.

OMG I think I’m onto something!!! (this is me going insane btw)
Again, yes. They look alike. The casting director made sure of this because they are family. But the boy in the picture is Henry, A and E have said so many times.

Wow! We finally have an idea of who Greg and Tamara are working for and it’s Peter Pan?! What does that even mean? Isn’t Peter Pan supposed to be fun and about adventure and stuff? Needless to say, Peter Pan seems to be pretty different in the world of Once Upon a Time, and here are 5 reasons why he’s creeping us out!
1. He’s Hunting for Henry
Wait, what? Somehow, hundreds of years ago when Baelfire wound up being found by the Lost Ones, we see that Peter Pan has his creepy minions searching for a particular boy and it’s Henry! I have no idea what that means, I just know that it’s freaking me out!
Sorry, but Henry is not Rumble.
