“After Emma is forced to arrest Mary Margaret for the murder of David's wife, Mary Margaret hires Mr. Gold as her attorney; Snow White continues to be affected by Rumplestiltskin's potion”
[adrotate group="5"]February 27, 2012 at 2:51 pm #137752SlurpeezParticipantI theorized in another post that Kathryn is dead. The fact that Mary Margaret is on trial for her murder in this episode seems to confirm that Kathryn’s body has been found. According to Entertainment Weekly‘s interview of Adam Horowitz: “Have we seen the last death this season? Or can we expect more carnage? AH: ‘Boy, I don’t know. You never know. As Henry said to Emma in the pilot, the final battle will be begin. Unfortunately, with final battles, there are casualties.'” http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/12/23/once-upon-a-time-scoop/

I think the funniest part really is, that Emma has to arrest her own mother … Truly weird.

PS. It looks like Charming has an arrow in his shoulder and Snow has a bow. I wonder if she shoots Charming because she doesn't know him. Maybe she ties him up and then he comes after her again. Though in one photo she seems to be blocking him with her body. Weird
February 29, 2012 at 12:22 pm #137855SlurpeezParticipantThere is a more comprehensive summary here:
“Mary Margaret hires Mr. Gold as her attorney when Emma is forced to arrest her for the suspected murder of David’s wife, Kathryn. Meanwhile, back in the fairytale land that was, Prince Charming sets out to stop a determined and unhinged Snow White, whose memory is still clouded by Rumplestiltskin’s potion, from assassinating the Evil Queen.”I think that Snow White is carrying a bow because she plans to kill the EQ. An “unhinged” Snow White may shoot Prince Charming with an arrow, because she doesn’t recognize him. Yet, it appears to me as if King George’s knights are responsible for that. It seems like Snow is trying to shelter him with her body in one of the pictures. It looks as if the knights take him prisoner in the second-to-last photo and then leave him tied up in the woods to be eaten by wolves. Also, she may later come upon him in the woods at night (bottom picture) and help free him.

February 29, 2012 at 12:28 pm #137873miaParticipantShe could also have tied James herself so that he doesn't prevent her from going after the EQ.
The arrow Snow has in her hand in the last picture looks a lot like the one in James' shoulder … She could have shot im accidentally and when she sees the guards coming she flees, because she herself doesn't want to get caught. If she doesn't remember James, then she has no reason to safe him. Although it would be against her character somehow …February 29, 2012 at 12:48 pm #137884SlurpeezParticipantIt’s certainly hard to tell which way it is. I just think it’s interesting that in the photos below, it appears as if Snow is looking longingly/regretfully as Prince Charming is carried away as a prisoner by King George’s men. Her lip is evidently bloodied, as if she’s been in some sort of struggle.

March 10, 2012 at 4:26 pm #137886SlurpeezParticipantSome more news on what to expect in ep. 16:
The March 18 episode, “Heart of Darkness,” tunnels deep into the animosity between the Queen and Snow White while exploring another recurring theme: Evil is made, not born. “The Evil Queen didn’t start out dark,” says Kitsis. “The question is, what took away the light in her?” But this time, Snow’s at the crossroads of good and evil. “The potion she drank in an earlier episode took away her love for Charming, and now there’s a void in her heart,” Kitsis says. Since she’s plotting revenge against the Queen, it seems darkness has the upper hand.
Meanwhile, back in Storybrooke, David’s estranged wife, Kathryn (Anastasia Griffith), is still missing, and Mary Margaret, David’s proclaimed true love and sometime mistress, is the prime suspect. She’s troubled enough to ask the town’s shady fixer, Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle), the former Rumplestiltskin, to represent her.

Also, some more news about what’s in store for Prince Charming:
Mary Margaret won’t be the only one behind bars. Lest we forget, Prince Charming ran away from the kingdom, and even though he helped Abigail reunite with her golden lover, King George won’t be so forgiving. “King George takes him, so he’s locked away in fairytale land,” Josh Dallas teases. “He’s going to have to do some fighting to get out.”
