I have a feeling, though, when Rumple shows up with Belle, Charming’s going to figure it out. Maybe a side mention of a certain basement asylum in the hospital, or a referral to their previous conversation. But I do think Charming will connect the dots eventually, David was dense, but Charming is sharper.

I hope so but the last few interactions Rumple and Charming had in fairytale land were less than friendly and Charming may just assume the worst of Rumple especially if Maurice comes to him begging for his help to save his daughter from Rumple. Cinderella and Thomas asked for his help with Rumple when he was after their child. Rumple’s got form and Charming likes to help those that need it.
