There’s been a lot of great discussion about this question. Are you ready to call it?
I say it is someone we haven’t met yet. Though i think the Blue Fairy is the one most likely to have all of this information.

I agree… there is the SECOND SEASON COMING…
THEY took their sweet time to announce it… but the announcement has been made….
Found out my MIL started watching but could not keep up… she is waiting for the DVDs to come out…
Did not know she was a ONCER
Kitsis and Horowitz recently said that the book’s origin and how it ended up with Mary Margaret would be a story.
I’m going with Blue Fairy/Mother Superior. The more I think about that theory, the more I like it.
Hmm…difficult question. I went with the “other” option. The writers have been making it seem like it’s supposed to be August, but they haven’t re-touched that subject in regards to if he truly is the writer or not. I’m still kind of on the “August-wrote-the-book” train. If I had to pick an alternate, probably Bae.
If Blue Fairy/Mother Superior wrote the storybook, why would she keep Rumpelstiltskin out of the book.
Why do people keep thinking Rumpel is out of the book? What did I miss?
People think that because Henry couldn’t figure out who Rumpel was, but we don’t really know if that means he is out of the book or not or if it just means that Henry had difficulty figuring out who the imp guy was,
Someone who would have had to know what was going to happen in the future, so I am going to guess it’s either the Blue Fairy or Rumpelstiltskin.
Also, is Rumpel’s story in the book? If it isn’t I would guess it was him who made it…
