Could be, or perhaps the night we saw Milah in the tavern wasn’t the first night she’d been there with Killian.
When the woman knocked on Rumple’s door telling him Milah had been kidnapped, she said “the men who came into port last week” had taken Milah. Being pirates, it is likely their first stop would’ve been the local tavern and since Milah seemingly spent most of her time there, it is highly likely Hook and Milah had spent time together there.
Milah may have fallen in love with Hook “that first night” but she probably wanted to make sure it was love and not a crush. After a week, and still feeling the same about him, she probably then decided to leave with him.
Milah isn’t the type to risk losing the roof over her head for something she couldn’t trust was real. Rumple provided for Milah, if she’d left Rumple for a short lived fling then she would’ve ended up homeless or worse, she would’ve had to beg Rumple to take her back. I doubt adultery would’ve been held in high regard so she would’ve been known as the adultering wife of a coward.
Good point. I hadn’t even realized that. I am glad I have other fans that catch these things so that I can mooch off of their info lol.

ParticipantNow I know I misunderstood this, but Regina said that Henry wasn’t affected by the Dark Curse;so he would be protected from the failsafe. But then Hook knows he wasn’t affected by the Dark Curse, but he was still panicking when Greg and Tamra asked him if he was willing to die from the failsafe for his revenge…..So did I miss something?
Also, who else thinks we’re going to see that failsafe again in the future for some other purpose?
Do we know if Greg and Tamara went to Neverland specifically to take Henry to Peter Pan(or Peter Pan’s shadow)?

Anyone who was born in the Enchanted Forest is affected by the failsafe. Since Henry was born in modern land, he is not affected. Hook was concerned because he was from the EF and presumably born there.
The Dark Curse is separate from the failsafe. Therefore, Pinocchio, for instance, although safe from the curse, would have died since he too is from the EF.

Hmm…valid question. Can it be reactivated? Emma and Regina turned it off, but there is no guarantee that it can’t be used again, right?

I think so. Gold comments at the end they Greg and Tamara are merely pawns and that there is a darker force that they all should fear (assuming it’s Peter Pan). Also, in the mines, Hook commented that they don’t even know who they work for, so, GOAT probably haven’t met PP yet.
Since Henry’s picture was what the Lost Boys were looking at, Peter Pan wants Henry. Ergo, GOAT are bringing Henry to him. GOAT were also commenting that their plans changed as soon as they saw Henry, so they probably recognized him from the drawing.
But, it leads to the question, how did they see the drawing? Were they in NL before? Are there “flyers” of Henry’s picture going around the organization GOAT work for? Hmm…that’s a pondering I have.

ParticipantI don’t think we will see the fail safe again.
I think it was a one shot deal, like LOST’s fail safe.
That’s pretty much what a fail safe is, a last resort.
Emma and Regina took the power from it, rendering it useless – like Desmond did on LOST.
There are several LOST parallels throughout OUAT, so, I’m thinking this was one of them.May 28, 2013 at 8:07 pm #196431jessieparadoxes of people
ParticipantSo about that spell that sustains Maleficent no matter what form she’s in…..does that only work in the library basement or does the spell follow Maleficent everywhere?

ParticipantThat’s a good question–but I think whatever it was, GOAT may have defeated her. I thought A&E implied both the dragon and Mally were gone in some interviews/tweets they have done but I can’t remember where.

KeymasterIn my head, GOAT used the taser to zap Mal out of existence forever. I don’t think we’ll see her again in the present, but hopefully the past.

Sigh. One of Disney’s greatest villains, but so underused. What a shame!
