Okay! she needs too admit too herself and everyone else all the wrong things that she have done. She needs too show that she knows that they where wrong and that she regrets doing them.
Is that what you mean ?And then if she does that. Will all then be forgiven and forgotten do you think ?

Personally, ummmm…. yes. That’s it. That’s what I want from Regina. THEN I’ll be more into her redeeming herself. It seems too easy for her the way the show goes now. She has really been given everything on a plate I think. She just decides to change and stops using magic from one day to the other, Henry all of a sudden realises she’s really not all that bad despite the fact he went on and on i season 1 about how evil she was.
December 9, 2012 at 9:19 pm #164254elleParticipantTo admit how wrong she was, to understand the pain that she caused. Trying to change is good, but I have yet to see her regret what she has done, and it makes it almost seem that, if she could, she would do the same things again. 🙂 She is doing this all for Henry, but if he wasn’t around, what would stop her from wrecking chaos
Also felt the need to add, several times Snow White offered Regina forgiveness for her actions, and Regina pracitically spat in her face.

Yeah! Good point 🙂 Maybe thats because she doesn’t yet admit too herself what she has done wrong. She must doo that before she can admit it too others. She REFUSES too see the monster in herself, because that is ultimately a scary thing to do. Like Ruby seing her wolf side and coming to terms with it.
December 9, 2012 at 10:57 pm #164288elleParticipantShe refuses to admit she was wrong, I think. 🙂 It also might be that she has had one train of thought for so long (Snow White is evil. Her enemy.) and she cannot see her in any other way, because she made Snow White her scapegoat.
Anyway, I doubt she and the Charming family will ever truly be friends. Sorry to say it, but too much has happened between them for their to be any genuine friendship with them. Regina was in a loveless marriage. Snow White’s father was killed, and then she was framed for it. Regina was abused and blames Snow White for Daniel’s death. And Snow White had numerous attacks on her life, as did Prince Charmng.
I think they will reach a point where they will get along. Primarily for Henry’s sake. 🙂 And perhaps to team when they need to.

December 10, 2012 at 6:35 pm #164367PriceofMagicParticipantRegina is not going to apologize, at least not until Snow and the Charmings offer her an olive branch. The meal was an opportunity to so. Whilst Regina shouldn’t have gone and it was clear her being there wouldn’t have been welcome (especially as the dwarves were there as well), by offering, Regina would have seen that there was a chance to make amends.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixDecember 10, 2012 at 10:25 pm #164438elleParticipantSeeing as how Regina was the one to do the damage to them all, perhaps she should approach them and apologize. 🙂 Snow White and Emma have not fully seen how Regina is changing, and it is still hard them to accept Regina after all that she has done.
Snow White and Prince Charming have been the victims of Regina’s wrath. The same for the whole town–except Rumpelstiltskn, Henry, and Pinocchio. As much as I feel sorry for Regina, she was still an abuser. They feared her. The way she had ruled them in both Fairytale Land and in Storybrooke. The way she had stormed in and demanded for Henry, throwing them aside with her magic. The whole town basically were abused by her.
Even before the curse, Regina framed Snow White, forced her to go on the run, and threatened her life and Prince Charming’s life numerous times.
Again, Emma thanked her several times. Henry hugged her. Prince Charming let her see Henry and tolerated her. As far as I can tell, they are being more than generous with her.
