I think the person on the ground is either Henry, Regina or Hook:
1) The person on the ground has really dark, almost black hair. Rumple’s hair is light brown/gray.
2) If it were Rumple on the ground I feel like Belle wouldn’t just be casually leaning over. It would be Neal and Belle closest to him not Emma.
As for where Rumple is, as Kelli said in the second to last picture you can see him it’s just Charming is blocking him. Those are definitely his shoes and you can see his hair/nose. (Feeling really creepy that I can recognize him by that lol)

Blue did tell Bae that whatever ailed his father wasn’t from this world (EF). Rumple’s undoing will be stabbing Pan, thus killing the power source of his Dark One’s curse. JMO

As someone who really wants to see some progress between Rumple and Neal, and I really hope that the Rumple stabbing PP rumor isn’t true. Neal didn’t want him hurting Lost Boys and was disgusted that Rumple considered killing the boy who would be his undoing, so despite what PP has done I doubt Neal will want his father to kill him. Unless PP is going after Henry and that’s the only way to stab him.
But wait, if Rumple kills PP won’t Rumple die too? Didn’t PP say in the last episode that Rumple can’t kill him without dying as well? And why would Rumple need to use the dagger to do it?

Unless PP is lying to keep himself alive. I think Rumple killing Pan will only result in Rumple’s DO curse breaking. Especially if the DO curse began in NL.

I am growing more certain it is Hook. The texture of what the body is wearing looks leathet. I compareda picture of him in his coat with the picture of the body on the ground and zoomed in at 400%. It looks like the back of his head is lying on his collar, and you can see a corner from his lapel at the right of Granny’s leg.
