Are we sure about that? Hook was called “dead man of the year” in 2×12, “If I were to pick dead guy of the year… I’d pick you.” Could be an ominous foreshadowing for Hook to sacrifice himself for Emma or her family by the end of 2013.

Ok, I think PP gives Henry his heart back and that is why Henry has fallen down to much for him to take. Or it could be PP.

I don’t think that was ominous foreshadowing. I think that was Emma understanding that Hook had just shot the Dark One’s True Love and was pointing out that maybe that wasn’t the brightest idea in the world. Like I said, I think A and E (and ABC certainly) would be smarter than to kill Hook. We thought the SQ debacle post SDCC was bad? That would nothing compared to the storm that came from Hook fans. And if they kill Hook just to make the triangle go away…Worst. Writing. Ever.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"It looks like PP to me. If you look in one of the pictures PP has a brown cuff like area on left wrist with a gold metal band around it. The person on the ground has the same thing – the arm in kind of reaching up toward Emma. And if you look at the areas near Emma you can see that the clothes are green. Also, the clothes have to be relatively form-fitting because there doesn’t seem to be much clothing spread around on the ground – the person doesn’t seem to be taking up very much space, the person and their clothing seem to be rather compact. That all says PP to me.

I’m not saying I want this to be the case or that it inevitably will be, but I’m just saying it is a possibility. For the record, I’m not saying I want it to be Hook (for the sake of Hook fans everywhere). Yet, we can’t rule it out entirely just because Hook is a popular character. In fact, the original spoiler is that a beloved, popular character will kick the bucket.

We don’t know that whoever is on the ground is dead. We don’t really know the context of the scene, but if it’s someone like Hook or Regina on the ground then I highly doubt they’re dead.
Do we know if they were filming the funeral scene for 310 or for 311? If it was 310 then the big death has already occurred before this scene.
I’m kind of glad we can’t see who it is though. It’s more fun this way. I don’t want the whole episode spoiled like last year’s finale.
We have no idea of the context of that or any scene, so I wouldn’t panic about Hook because he’s probably just not in the frame, or if he is on the ground, probably just knocked out.

oh and even light brown hair can look black depending on the lighting and shadow, so I’d believe PP too.
