Oh okay, I didn’t know they blocked the rest of the scene. I also don’t think PP is Rumple’s father. The reports say that Rumple stabs PP and then stabs a second person (middle-aged man/Rumple’s father). He had already stabbed PP, so even if PP ages up he’s still stabbed, the wound doesn’t go away, so Rumple wouldn’t have to stab him again if it were the same person.
Even though two people get stabbed (PP and the older man), special effects could still be added afterwards to make it look like the boy transforms into the man. This would be similar in concept to when August transformed into a little boy again in “Selfless, Brave, and True.” They had Eion Bailey, who played August, lay on the ground. Next, sequentially, they had Jakob Davies, who plays young August, lay in the same position. Then, the production team blended those two scenes together, added a special effect, and viola, magic! August transformed into a little boy again! So, it could be a very similar technique if PP gets transformed into a grown man, who happens to be played by the same man who has been cast as Rumple’s father (the actor is Stephen Lord).

Oh I’m sure that’s how they’ll do it if in fact PP is Rumple’s father. I’m just saying why would Rumple need to stab Stephen Lord as well? There was a report from someone saying that in the scene Rumple had no problem stabbing PP but he was upset about having to stab the second man (Stephen Lord). If he stabbed PP the boy and they do the switch-up like you described, then after he’s transformed Stephen Lord would still be injured/stabbed and there would be no need to stab him again (cause they were the same character). Unless PP and Rumple’s dad are two separate characters and not one in the same, I don’t see why Rumple would have to stab him a second time.
Idk, it just seems too weird for PP to be his father lol. But ya never know.

They love to twist the stories; it’s one of the things we love about ONCE. But the brothers theory just made so much more sense. Combine the classic PP story (but twist it to make the younger brother Rumple) add in all the things Rumple said in “Nasty Habits” about how he and PP grew up together and were quite close, TeamBrothers totally fits. Hence all the confusion with these shots.

At first when the brothers theory came up I didn’t really support it but as the season has gone on there have been so many clues pointing to it. I love that Adam and Eddy twist stories but I like the idea of going back to the original story of PP and doing the brothers thing, rather than have him be his father. I didn’t like Pinocchio being aged down and I don’t want to have another character already aged down and be aged up again lol. But it’s Adam and Eddy so either theory is completely possible.

"Because... it was born out of true love."November 8, 2013 at 2:07 pm #222259lostwithmeParticipantAs for the rumor of Belle crying while Rumple stabs Pan – don’t believe it.
Some people mistakingly thought this fangirl being overcome with feels after meeting Robbie was Belle, lol. We got pictures from every scene that day. If Belle was crying we would have seen it.
November 8, 2013 at 10:21 pm #222366PheeParticipantAh, bless her fangirling heart, it can be overwhelming to actually meet your pretend boyfriend. Welcome to the big leagues, Robbie. 😉 Sort of hilarious that someone mistook her for Belle.

Belle really did cry. Since I knew people mistook that fangirl for Emilie and didn’t know if the spoiler came from someone legit, I didn’t believe it. She must think Peter will kill Rumple.

Thanks for the info!
Either she thinks PP will kill Rumple OR she knows that by killing PP, Rumple will die. Both scenarios mean losing her true love.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"November 10, 2013 at 8:44 am #222632rumbelledearieParticipant“Rumple, Pan and Rumple’s dad did the dagger scene, which ended with Rumple (standing) holding his dad in his arms. At one point (off set) Emilie took out a tissue to wipe her eyes, so I am pretty sure she was crying. MRJ was standing kind of behind her and nudged her foot with his foot, kind of like “Are you okay?” It was really a sweet moment.”
Aww, that’s so sweet. This episode is going to kill me.
