Question: Why would they need to put a bag over Bae’s head when they went to the island ❓

The Lost Ones didn’t want Bae to know where their secret lair is.

It’s a typical trope seen in most movies where the hero is kidnapped and the villains’ muscle put the bag over the kidnappees head so in the event, the kidnappee escapes, he or she can’t say where they were exactly.

Yeah, what obisgirl said. It was pitch black, there was really no reason but it adds drama and suspense for the audience and heightens a sense of fear.

Question: How did Hook contact the Lost Boys to pick up Bae in the 1st place ❓ Wouldn’t it have been better if that PP shadow thing came and picked up Bae instead ❓

Hook must have some way of getting in contact with the Lost Ones. Carrier pigeon? 😆

Maybe the Shadow was off collecting more boys from other worlds that night.

I’m not sure carrier pigeons exist in Neverland, but probably chalk or some type of marking that the shadow could see and then the shadows goes back to the Lost Boys and they come and get Bae.

Hook would not want to alert Bae that something is up and random animal showing up probably would have drawn attention.
