Yes, apparently. But it could be that they aren’t moving. He has set the clocks to different times and watches to see if they move at all.

They set up a lot of stuff, some of it for short arcs that are answered within a couple of episodes and some that reach further than we ever dreamed and the answer shows up when we don’t expect it. That being said…
This thread is making my head hurt but I didn’t see this anywhere so I’ll ask it anyway:
In Child of the Moon, Quinn says that the wolf den “Used to be the grand hall of a castle, until it sunk underground. Now it’s all ours.”
So who’s castle was it and how did it sink underground? That storyline is pretty wrapped up (especially since they killed off so many of the wolves) but that line stuck out to me and I feel like they planned on weaving something else in there.
It’s similar reasoning to my reaction from Lady of the Lake – I feel like we should see Lancelot again because they mentioned so many things about his character that just weren’t necessary for that story that could easily be woven in later with flashbacks when they become relevant to show again.
With Ruby gone and most of those wolves dead I’m not sure how relevant the underground lair could / would have been, but it does make me curious so thought I’d throw that out there.
Keeper of Hook's Trenchcoat.

Agreed!! They’re building a complex story that weaves together many elements, so we can’t expect every introduced element to be fully explained immediately when it’s introduced.

Back when the ep aired, people looked into fairytales with sunken castles, but I don’t think anyone found a conclusive match for it.
This is one of those instances where it doesn’t bug me in the least that it wasn’t fully explained, but maybe they stuck a sunken castle in there because they have an idea for it if the show runs long enough and they’re able to address it again, which would be fun.

I do hope we see Lancelot again at some point. We only have Cora’s word for it that he’s dead, and she’s hardly trustworthy. Much like Robin Hood, Lancelot is a well known character, so they’re handy guys to have introduced, who they can go back to should the story call for it. If Lancelot’s still alive in FTL, maybe MAP and Nealfire will run into him early next season.
May 30, 2013 at 12:33 pm #196553RumplesGirlKeymasterI hope Lancelot is still alive as well. Part of me wants to believe that after he helped Snow and Charming in FTL of the past, he decided to go back to Camelot and try to make amends with Arthur and has been living there since.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"May 30, 2013 at 1:33 pm #196562PriceofMagicParticipantDidn’t H&K say something along the lines of “why does everyone believe Cora is telling the truth?”
Why were the dark castle curtains open in Lacey in the first few days of Belle’s stay when, in Skin Deep, there was an important scene of Belle wearing her blue dress, opening the curtains, which Rumple had nailed down?
All magic comes with a price!

They did, but it’s been so long without that being addressed that it’s easy to lose hope. Same thing happened with Maleficent, and in the end when she was really brought back it was to confirm her status as dead. 😐

Don’t even go there! 😆 It’s debates about that that led to us having to say “t-word” instead of “timeline” because trying to figure it out was driving us insane to the point where that word became intolerable and made us twitch. 😕

I honestly believe that this is a continuity error (and a big one at that) but the issues was pretty hotly contested over on the timeline page between pages 2-6. Keb thinks the Curtain scene of Skin Deep is very early into Belle’s stay, while some of us think it’s much later and that this was a huge error on the part of the producers.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"May 30, 2013 at 2:47 pm #196584KebParticipantI should probably pester Adam about it more on Twitter. But yes, big controversy. BIG.

May 30, 2013 at 2:49 pm #196587KebParticipantI’d also love for him to tell us why Belle’s kisses in the finale didn’t break the DO curse, dangit. I can come up with reasons for the kisses before that, but…
