I do find it amusing sometimes to think about the funny little things though. They are “potholes” bumps in our road, not “plot holes” to be annoyed over or destroy the fabric of the story 😛

I can honestly say that I don’t feel teased or abused or neglected or anything by K&H. It’s only been two seasons. If we get to season six and they still haven’t shown us Henry’s adoption, then yeah, I’ll be annoyed, but it’s only been two seasons. And it’s not like they haven’t answered stuff for us, they just haven’t answered everything, which frankly, I’m thankful for, because it keeps me excited about what’s still to come.

Question: Since Gold knew who Tamara/Owen were why didn’t he say something to Bae, or the Charming family at least ❓
This is a good question because I don’t think Rumple knew who GOAT were. He knows who they work for, and he only knows because he knew they went to NL. That’s what clued him into to who they were. Before that, he didn’t know.
I agree. Before finding out that they took Henry to NL I really really doubt he knew anything other than Greg being an outsider and Tamara being Neal’s fiancee. If he had an idea of it, he would have acted on it, not just ignored them. To him they are just “pawns” who are being used by somebody much higher up but until the finale, he didn’t realize that.
Agreed. I do suspect that he knows PP has been looking for a specific boy though. And for now I’m still sticking with the idea that he knows this because he was also taken to NL as a boy, and was rejected and let go because he wasn’t the right one. I think that the pieces have suddenly fallen into place in his head. “I was allowed to leave NL because the boy PP needed would be my grandson.”
If so, it may also be starting to click in his head that his Curse, (which could pertain to just the Curse that Regina cast, or also Rumple’s Dark One Curse and all the consequences of it, like him losing Bae), was all a part of this grand plan, and that PP is more powerful, manipulative and dangerous than he’d ever imagined.
If Rumple has just figured out that PP was able to control GOAT’s actions in our world, that’s some serious power. We’ve seen how many hoops Rumple had to jump through to get to this world, and to be able to leave the barriers of SB. But if PP had enough knowledge of GOAT to control their actions, then he’s all over being able to communicate with and manipulate people in our world, easy as pie. If Rumple had had that sort of power, he could have gotten Bae back in a flash. Therefore, PP’s powers significantly trump Rumple’s.
Taking all of this into consideration, is it any wonder Rumple looked like he wanted to crap his dacks when they were about to go into that portal to go and face PP? 😕

Even Regina said to “Hook that you don’t know who you are working for” so she must have known.
This does not suggest that Regina knew who they were, she was simply stating that Hook was working for people he didn’t know, and she found it morbidly amusing.

I’ve been wondering if PP was behind everything, from Rumple’s Curse to the Curse to Henry, everything! And if it was, then all that will be tied up by the end of S3 and S4 would be like another chapter in a book."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"June 2, 2013 at 1:17 am #196918sacrlcParticipantRumplesGirl wrote:

Don't grow up. It's a trap.

Now I’ve got this picture of the Blue Fairy relaxing back in her chair at the convent with her feet propped on the desk eating chocolates while Storybrooke is in chaos. I wonder what her position will be in town now that Regina and Rumple are gone. Methinks a bit of Rumple will wear off on Belle and she’ll be a bit suspicious of the BF, even though she did reawaken her memories. She’s been around Rumple enough to know fairies are not to be trusted. 😀 😎

They could do some interesting stuff with this, (please do something interesting with BF, K&H!). I agree that Rumple’s distrust of fairies would have likely rubbed off on Belle a least a bit. Then again, Belle was de-Lacey-fied by a potion from BF. I imagine Belle will be interacting a decent amount with Grumpy. He’s a fan of BF, despite all the business with Nova. Now, say Belle wants to go look for Rumple, and BF is all, “Nope, not gonna happen,” and tries to wield her power, (she is the most magically powerful person in town now, after all), whose side would Grumpy be on in that argument? Coz he knows what it’s like to have BF tell you to stay away from the one you love, but I’m guessing he’s not a massive Rumbelle shipper, because he probably thinks Rumple is bad for her.
Going back to that comment about BF now being the most magically powerful person in SB, something else that would be interesting is if that was by design…if this was the cut she gets out of some deal she made with PP back in the day where he needed her to set some stuff up for his acquiring Henry to play out. A scenario like that would make her absence in the finale less annoying, because she would have been laying low for a nefarious reason.
June 3, 2013 at 4:39 am #197059HappyEndingsSpectatorQuestion: How did Jefferson know about Belle in the basement of the Hospital?
Question: How did Pinocchio’s dad know that August would be a real boy in a land without magic he could have turned into a piece of wood for all he knew ❓
June 3, 2013 at 7:59 am #197062kfchimeraParticipantThose two are unexplained but two guesses.
People have suggested that Regina boasted about Belle to Jefferson since he knew both lives, and was stuck in his house. She probably found it useful to have someone to talk to who remembered.
The BF wanted to talk Geppetto out of putting Pinochio in the cabinet (or so we think!). He is told it is “impossible to say” what will happen if the curse strikes, whether Pino will stay a real boy. So it’s sort of implied that putting him in the cabinet would prevent that, otherwise she could brought it up that it was impossible to predict either way or that he’d be worse off in LWOM. The conversation is in 1×20 The Stranger. It’s been established also that enchanted objects retain their magic–you just cannot cast new spells too easily in Land Without Magic.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass

If that was the case then the cabinet in FL would still been enchanted 😕

It was still enchanted. That’s how Cora got the portal at Lake Nostos to work, she poured in the wardrobe ashes that still had some magic in them. But it wasn’t enough, thus why they needed the compass.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"June 3, 2013 at 12:51 pm #197070gypsyParticipantQuestion: How did Jefferson know about Belle in the basement of the Hospital?
I think Regina told him.
It is part of my theory about Jefferson being the one to write the book.
Not only did he collect stories from diff realms, Regina told him things.
That’s how he knew stuff and how some of the stuff in the book ended up in there…..it came straight from Regina.
We saw how monotonous things were for Regina….that’s partly why she wanted Owen and Kurt to stay.
She ended up adopting Henry, but there are 18 years between the time of Owen and Kurt and when she finally got Henry.
She needed someone to talk to and Jefferson had his memories. -
