Greg talks about the home office….
He comes from Carlyle PA where the Army War College is….

What HOME OFFICE do you think is behind Greg and Tamera?

I don’t think it’s any type of government office. I think it’s more likely some kind of secret cult judging by what Tamara said in 2×20 “The Evil Queen” and also what she says in that 8 1/2 minute extended preview of 2×21 “Second Star To The Right” when she says “Magic Is Unholy”

Totally crack pot theory with no basis BUT I think that maybe, being that right now the oldest people with some magical world affliations, the organization running Tamara and Greg is actually run by the Darlings. There’s a connection between all these worlds obviously, and Mr. Darling himself had a connection to NL, so why not a connection between Bae and this organization. Maybe they’ve been looking for him for a long time?

Second whacked out theory – the beans don’t open portals but Wormholes to other worlds. Worlds where science and magic are a medley and time passes differently based on the planet’s distance from the sun. So Storybrooke is like a permanently opened wormhole that is about to shutdown. Thus there are infinite worlds to travel to, not dimensions. This opens up the possibility of other franchises that Disney owns, which I believe Star Wars is now one of.Though I doubt that would happen soon.

SORRY… but H&K said in todays official podcast that the only STAR WARS connection will be things like ring tones, toys and references but there will be NO DIRECT CONNECTIONS.

Tamara and Greg are both scientists, and therefore are most likely working for a scientific organization which supplies them with lab equipment. The term “unholy” describes almost a religious devotion to their mission to eradicate magic, but it doesn’t necessarily mean they are part of a religious order. They are probably both driven by a desire to rid this world of magic, which always comes with a high price.
