Interesting that Henry Sr. will be making an appearance almost certain it will pertain to the events surrounding his untimely death (or sacrifice if you will). Likewise with the doctor and nurse that ensures the events surrounding Henry’s birth. I have a sneaking suspicion that the EF flashback will have something to do with Blue as well. That bit about the curse killing everyone makes me think that Pan is going to amend the original curse. I also wonder that as it was Regina who cast the curse it’s a possibility that she has it within her to do something against it. That whole business of standing in front of the group dead center in the promo, raising her hands to the heavens to cast a spell plus that curious look on her face (gears cranking to life in my mind).
Another thought with the green smoke coming out of the well (where things that were lost return) makes me wonder if that isn’t the Witch’s way in as has been speculated.

I can’t wrap my mind around this. Why would The Nurse and Doctor be in this episode? Where exactly would they fit in it? As for Tony and Christopher – I don’t understand that either. They just seem like such a random bunch of people who are involved in completely different flashbacks.
I’ve noticed that there’s no press release up on ABC Medianet yet. I’m actually going to call fake on this one until I see it up on there.

Yes, this episode gets curiouser and curiouser. The nurse and doctor are probably in this episode, because I think we’ll see another flashback to just after Henry was born. Perhaps they were working for Peter Pan after all when they made sure baby Henry ended up in Boston, MA. Toney Perez plays Regina’s father, Henry Sr. Hmmm. Perhaps we’ll see a flashback to right before Regina killed her father, the thing show loves most, as a parallel to PP killing this thing he loves most? Hmmmmm. As for Smee, he’s still a rat lurking around the streets of SB. Perhaps he somehow gets transformed back into his human form when the new curse gets unleashed?

I wonder if Smee fits in with Dr. and Nurse, but I really don’t see how as Smee was caught up in the curse. Smee could have been a plant by Pan though all those years ago, with his tale of wanting to turn back the clock (wow, how that must have bothered Rumple to hear of a guy wanting to do what his father had done, further putting him a bad mood when he notices the man who ran off with his wife).
So maybe they just run into Smee? I agree he could get transformed back to human, perhaps Rumple thinks he might be useful in some way to find the shadow?

Henry Sr. was always listed as “valet” because in the first couple eps it was supposed to be a surprise that he was Regina’s father. So I guess they’re keeping that up since it’s also less confusing than calling him “Henry” when that’s Henry’s name. And he’s not technically Henry Sr. anyway–that’s just how we’ve handled the issue of two people with the same name.

We’ve seen the promo pics now so we know Keegan is there in a coffin. I think she gets credit in opening for her body being there, even if she has no lines? (don’t quote me on that)
Regina’s father is super confusing. I had this pegged as another PP flashback to see how PP learned about Henry in the first place.

Quite possibly, considering she’s recurring. If there’s a bit part, one time guest star that has no lines, like the lady at the adoption agency who brought baby Henry in for Regina, then they won’t get listed in the press release, but Keegan’s higher ranking than that, even if she’s not a regular. We might also get Blue flashbacks, even if she does stay dead in present day, (which I’m not yet convinced of).

Maybe as the New Curse hits, people revert to their original forms? He is a human first so maybe we see a shot of a rat running by and then it becomes Smee
