If this is an altered curse that Regina is enacting, which has everyone “Going Home”, I can’t imagine she wouldn’t have put at tweek in there somewhere which would bring her back to Henry.  Like, a time limit, an object to be found, an enchanted clock or compass. Something which would bring her back to Henry. I cannot imagine true love kiss with Robin, as I would imagine Regina to be much like Emma, no time for love until shes reunited with her son.  Or she leaves something with Hook, or Emma Which will help them bring Henry to her. RegIna knows that magic comes with a price, but she’s also learned by now that magic comes with many loopholes.
