Participant“I would look at it more as a commitment to excellence. Cora is focused, and she’s committed, and she saw her daughter upset but not broken, and she said she would come back and break her. And she did. And that’s love,” Kitsis concludes.”
What. 😕 They truly have a weird interpretation of love. I hope your mother isn’t reading it, Kitsis.January 7, 2013 at 9:19 pm #167372Slurpeez

What. 😕 They truly have a weird interpretation of love. I hope your mother isn’t reading it, Kitsis.I think they’re saying that sardonically. In episode 10, Hook mockingly jested, “Aren’t you mother of the year?” and I think that’s the same tone with which Kitsis gave that reply. In several other interviews the producers commented that while Cora really loves Regina, it’s a twisted kind of love.

Participantmore spoilers: The show will soon introduce viewers to the angelic queen who gave life to Snow White. “The Snow White story usually begins with the stepmother trying to get rid of her,” says executive producer Edward Kitsis, “so we thought it would be fun to explore what Snow's mom was like. Her name is Eva, and she's the person who taught Snow White how to be Snow White.” Likely airing in late February and early March, the two-part episode, featuring the return of child dynamo Bailee Madison as Young Snow, will naturally take a dark turn. Says exec producer Adam Horowitz: “Snow's mother has a surprising connection to someone we know.”http://www.tvguide.com/News/Once-Upon-A-Time-Snow-White-Mom-Kecks-Exclusive-1058555.aspx

Sometimes it isn’t even until this season is over. The ratings have been good though and, to me, them having all these mini-marathons and stuff is definitely a good sign (especially since we watched them too!)
ABC would be absolutely {Disney friendly expletive here} crazy if they didn’t renew.

Yeah, they’re talking from Cora’s perspective. She’s gotta do everything she can to destroy her little girl, so she can show how much she loves her. It’s messed up to us, but makes perfect sense to Cora.
I’m starting to get impatient for Ariel, dammit. Hurry up season 3. 😆
