Well, he gave him the exact amount that he told Emma when she asked how much the watches were worth. If he was a good negotiator, I’m sure he got much more for the watches than what he actually gave August. (he never got to the dealer he was meant to meet on that night so anything is possible)

I don’t consider Neal to be a liar…I think he was being sincere but I do agree he probably changed his identity since then.

Yes, I was wondering about that last night when I saw scenes from the promo popping up on Tumblr, and someone had screencappped the footage of Nealfire’s buzzer and inserted the name Baelfire in there. It probably doesn’t say that, but it made me want “Manhattan” even more because I want to know what name he’s using now and what he’s been up to so badly.
In the Canadian promo there is a scene, where Emma bell and you see the buzzers, but I can’t read. Had somebody a good quality of the canadian promo.

Anyone who frequents forums knows, yes, but the casual viewer who hasn’t been a part of the Nealfire speculations will consider it bombshell-ish.
.Thissssss I’ve been saying this to everyone. We know because we pick apart every single scene in every episode and look at spoilers and filming pics, etc. That’s why it’s not a bombshell but the way they hid his face the way there hasn’t been any overly obvious connection other than our overly done investigating, the average user would be “seriously?”

I don’t think he lied at all. He loved her really loved her and it was his idea to drop the whole stealing act too. But then August had to go to Puket or wherever with it :/

Reactions to promos: NEALFIRE!!!!! It’s about time!! Wanna bet the final scene of the episode will be Emma and Neal running into each other and her saying “no!” and the camera showing us Nealfire’s face?? Also, good to know that Rumple didn’t rip out the Seer’s eyes. I was so worried about that when we saw her adult picture. Oh the dagger. Cora, I can’t wait to know HOW you know about the dagger!! I guess we will have to sit and wait.I for one would be really annoyed with the writers/producers if they pull another August on us! We’ve already waited almost a year since “The Return” and have now seen more backstory about Rumple, the curse, and his dilemma to find his son. I just want to see some progress in this storyline, not another red herring.

If Neal is not Bae, it would be a huge let down.
And if he’s not Bae, who would he be?
He can’t be just some random person…that would be anti climactic and wouldn’t fit with the rest of how the story is playing out.Everyone is connected….just like with LOST…they’re all connected.
