I have a friend who’s had a theory forever that there was a prophecy that Rumplstitskin would stop the Orgre wars I think she’s on the right track with the seer.

Interesting theory. If that were true, does that mean the Original Ogre Wars of 300 years ago where Rumple fought, the second one where we know he saved Belle’s village, OR the third one which is going on currently in FTL? I’d like to think that once Rumple gets Bae back into his life and they start to work out many (many many many many) issues between them that Rumple will turn all his powers toward good and helping people, which was his original intent when he became the Dark One (to save all the children and end the Ogre’s War)

Wanna bet the final scene of the episode will be Emma and Neal running into each other and her saying “no!” and the camera showing us Nealfire’s face??
The spoiler photos for this episode show him in a bar talking with Emma so I think we will get a little more than that. I also recall there being some photos of her outside the same bar on her cell phone before going back in. My guess is that she was calling Gold…wonder if she contacted him without Neal knowing.
And I think Neal is the real deal…not a red herring. Why else would Gold return to Storybrook if he didn’t find Bae…he would still be looking and I doubt he’s dead…that would just be too anti-climatic imo.

Oh right! Thanks for the reminder 🙂
Nealfire is real. While most of us here have known this for a long time, the casual viewer or people who aren’t into trying to figure everything out will be VERY surprised."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"February 11, 2013 at 8:05 pm #172573dreaming_mikeParticipantIt would be nice if OUAT plot twists weren’t entirely obvious/revealed in promos.
Alas, that isn’t the case. I did read an interesting theory that Neal wouldn’t be Bae, but related to Bae (As in, possibly Bae’s son).
Also, Cora looks so different with her hair down! She’s actually really pretty 🙂

He was wanted for a pretty big watch theft, it was getting rather serious.
After Emma retrieved the watches for him, he had plenty of money to secure change of name. I don’t think he’s ever spent any time in prison.I don’t think he had any money…he gave it all to August to give to Emma which she never got.

Thing is, it can’t be a bombshell now, because everybody already knows who he is!
Anyone who frequents forums knows, yes, but the casual viewer who hasn’t been a part of the Nealfire speculations will consider it bombshell-ish.
I had been saying the same thing but honestly I think he is pretty identifiable in the promo…even with the hoodie on when Emma tackled him I could tell it was Neal. Then again it was something I was looking for so I don’t know…just want Sunday to hurry up and get here…so excited! 😀
He was pretty identifiable to me as well but like you said, I already saw the set pics so I knew what I was looking for. Most everyone I know who watches the show hate the idea of Baelfire being Neal because they don’t expect it. They have no idea how there’d be a connection. They seriously think it is absurd. They haven’t seen set pics or ANY spoilers and aren’t expecting it at all. And I haven’t told them. 😉 Even after this promo they have no idea. Even knowing the fact that Neal is in NY, from “Broken” hadn’t swayed them even after seeing the promo. They just think it’s impossible. 😆 😆 😆
I LOVE THIS. I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. 😆 😆 😆
NEALFIRE LIVES!Keeper Nealfire's/Bae's scarf, Henry and Neal's bribery ice cream sundae, Baelfire's sword, the coconut map, and more.

Keeper of Swanfire's dream catcher, the Blue Fairy Plot Device, the contact name "Her", the lanyards, the trigger, the Netherworld room and necklace, Charming's quote on Thanksgiving, and PP's pic of Henry

The only photos of the bar scene are the ones with MRJ…the article tells what it’s about.

OMG! The folk you’ve been talking to really don’t expect it? Spoilers aside, they’ve been hinting at this; plainly in my humble opinion. August showing something recognizable enough for Neil to back out of Emma’s life. Emma calling Gold, “Dad.” Taking Henry along on this trip. In fact for me that last is the clincher. What to expect next week?
“Henry, meet you father. Rumpel? Say ‘Hi” to your grandson. Umm, and Henry? That bit about your firefighter dad being dead? There’s a few things you should know…”
Snow/David, Regina, Rumpel, Emma and Henry. All related now. Going to make for interesting holiday dinners.
