I think its Devins heart she is putting in Henry. They probably edited it that way to throw us off like they did with the tinkerbell thing (in the promo she blew gold dust on Regina, but in the actual scene it was pink poppy dust). I’m sure they don’t get his heart back that easily.

What we gather:

1. Regina adopts Henry (Will cry continuously and nonstop for the rest of the night)

2. JR8 get Henry’s heart back

 

3. Neal lets Rumple out

4. We fly back to SB on the Jolly Roger

Why didn’t Hook, Tink and Bae use the dust before to get off the island?

Is it just me is Snow’s hair getting shorter each episode?

Looks like Regina puts it back in place. Makes sense since she knows how the procedure works. The details from the promo are starting to come into focus.

0:07 – 0:08 Regina clearly is about to make life miserable for Felix.

0:15 Jolly Roger is flying a black sail as it speeds through the clouds.

0:17 Regina brandishes what looks like pixie dust

I’m thinking that either it the shadow that Neal, Emma and Hook captured is carrying the JR through the clouds or it’s Pixie Dust that is being used to fly the JR back to SB

As for Felix we know that he and the lost boys return with our heroes to SB so my thought is that the lost boys turn on PP when they find out that that PP manipulated Henry. Felix strikes me as someone who is incredibly loyal to Pan and Regina may want to exploit that loyality that Felix may have for Pan in order to exact revenge for what has happened to Henry.

Looking at the screenshot — I think Regina uses the pixie dust to imbue the sail with the shadow’s power to fly/travel
