I wanna say that the black sail is to do with the Shadow. But then what’s with the pixie dust?
Looking at the screenshot — I think Regina uses the pixie dust to imbue the sail with the shadow’s power to fly/travel
That would make sense!
Maybe the shadow’s power is needed more to steer the ship in the right direction, because we know that the shadow knows the way to our world, but they need the pixie dust to aid in the actual taking off and flying part?
