Yeah, Wendy is a NL veteran, but certainly young enough not to have grown up yet. She is supposed to be 13. Maybe she went there for the first time when she was younger still, maybe 10.

Yup! I’ve been there. It’s super cute. I do hope they give a nod to Kensington Gardens in this episode. I think it was Phee who suggested it should be where the portal drops Bae.

Great idea! Peter Pan’s origin story is that he was a runaway infant who lived in Kennsington Gardens with the fairies until they took him to Neverland.

But back to the Darlings…while I do think flying to NL is going to be the central way to get there, it doesn’t mean it’s the only way. They’ve hinted at “Neverland-adjacent” which is frustratingly opaque and could indicate that there are other ways to reach NL besides flying. And like I said, once George died, maybe the Home Office’s mission changed to eradicating magic (let’s go nuts and combine the two: maybe Dorothy took over the Home Office because she had been recruited by them when she got back from Oz and then she, years later, recruited GOAT). When companies change hands often times the mission and outlook of that company changes depending on who is now in charge.
And I do think it’s worth mentioning that the Home Office has probably been around for a long time, as they seem to have unparalleled resources at their disposal.Even though it’s just wild speculation at this point, I’m totally down with something like this happening. K&H said they’re trying to take us in a direction we haven’t seen before with this Home Office stuff, and that would be something original. FWIW, concerning the mashing up of the Darlings and Dorothy/Wizard of Oz, there’s a hot air balloon hanging over one of the beds in that room with the pics of Bae, Wendy, and her mother. Might mean nothing. Might mean something.
I’m also down with Wendy still being alive in NL.
And I’m also down with Pan being mashed up with the Pied Piper.

Credit to lastisle for sending me these, she took the photos herself and she is an angel. She also sent me a video which doesn’t really need to be uploaded, as the portion these photos are from are the only new stuff and it’s about 2 seconds long. But if you guys really want it, i can post it.)
So…after my spit take/freak out, I noticed a few things.
1. Wendy is running after Bae in the last image, and it looks like she possibly gets left behind because of the expression on her face and the grasping for each other’s hands. But we also know in other promos, she flies off with Shadowfax Peter’s Shadow—so perhaps we see more than one trip to Neverland in the episode!
2. The Jolly Roger! (!!!!) Tangents imply it’s seemingly part of the window—some elaborate stain glass—but the fact that it’s glowing is very interesting, and it certainly gave me pause, questioning whether it was the actual JR. But I don’t think it is.
Regardless…if the Jolly Roger is on the window which takes Wendy/Bae to Neverland, that’s a hefty piece of symbolism for the Killipan argument.
That’s basically it..but…this episode is gonna be amazing, I can already tell.
