Psych Ward/Wonderland?

I have this nagging feeling that the psych ward in the basement of the Storybrooke hospital is mostly Wonderland residents. And that the nurse at the reception desk is the Queen of Hearts (her hairstyle is shaped like the top of a heart).

I’m wondering if the inmate who is sweeping or mopping (we have seen him twice already), is the March Hare. Or someone else Wonderland related.

I always thought the man mopping could be the indian chief out of Peter Pan.

The psych ward could just be where she keeps people locked up. We know she had Belle there and she put Sidney there after he falsely confessed to abducting Kathryn. If the man mopping is a patient, how come he is allowed out of his cell but Belle wasn’t? There may not be many patients in the ward, Regina referred to Belle as “her” and the nurse knew who she meant. Also Jefferson must have had some dealings with the ward, he knew the door code, he knew what cell Belle was in, he knew the nurse drank tea and the nurse didn’t question who he was.

No worries. 🙂 I’ve seen the idea that the nurse was QoH brought up several times on different forums, but they make it pretty clear in that interview that she’s Nurse Ratched.
