    did rump keep it? It would come in handy, I guess, if its powerful enough to neutralize the dark one. But yeah, it was a plot device, it served its purpose and now it will disappear into oblivion

    If I were Rumple, I would have destroyed that cuff so it never sees the light of day, and can never be used on me again.
