Hi Oncers 😀 It’s my first post and i must say you all are amazing!! All these theories and motivations for looking after clues.. incredible.
Last night episode was awesome, but at the same time it left us many confusions… I’ve been looking on the forum but no one has asked this, so hope you’ve some clues or ideas for this….
When Hook came down the beanstalk and was confronted by Cora, she said “you chose her (Emma)………. It's a betrayal to me…”….. We all know that Cora is excellent to control others by taking their hearts.. we saw that on the episode (bringing the dead back by using their hearts..)
The question is why she hasn't take Hook's heart yet to control him so he won't betray her by teaming up with Emma?
In the next episode “Queen of hearts”, i saw the clip of the promo Hook and Regina together… The clip was less than 2 seconds… so confusing…
Can it be that Hook doesn't have a heart… because Regina took it?
And now he wants to come to Storybrooke for two things….
1. Revenge Regina for taking his heart, and actually get his heart back?
2. Revenge Mr. Gold for killing Milah and cutting his hand off……?These two questions are also based on the episode 2×04 “The crocodile”… when Cora said at the end “where she is (Regina) and he (Rumplestilskin)….
I don’t know, maybe it’s just me who is “out of the road” here… anyway, let me know what your thought/s are.

you bring some good questions (btw the things that have already aired, you don’t need to put these in spoiler brackets 😉 ) and things that I haven’t thought about!
If someone has already taken Hook’s heart, that would explain why he was so ‘brave’ and challenged Cora to try to kill him – maybe he cannot die as long as this someone is holding his heart? (as we know, a heart, even more so than a brain, is the main thing that keeps us alive)
As for the promo me and few others actually think this isn't Regina but Cora disguised as her daughter. Her dress is blue (what Cora would normally wear, Regina is more of a black/purple person) and her tone of voice is different. But that might be just a bad promo editing. Something tells me Hook and Cora have a long history together so would he ally with Regina who is actually Cora's great enemy?It’s a nice idea that Cora might have taken Hooks heart. That would also account for the ‘flirty’ scenes between them.
But if that’s the case, would he still be able to feel revengeful against Rumple ? I don’t think so, because remember how Graham was unable to have any real emotions because his heart was taken.But then again in the promo for next week “Regina” playing with Hooks hook in front of his chest might indicate that there is some heartsnatching thoughts on her mind.

I think this is why he has this tattoo on his forearm – to remind him of what must be avenged.
My question is as to whether the writers will be keeping Hook be staying on the show. Even given everything that has happened, I still see potential for his character to evolve. He’s like a Russian Nesting Doll. The possibilities are endless. I really hope they keep him.

Awesome that u guys recognize the dress of Regina, I didn’t thought of that at all.. tricky promo! I totally agree that Cora and Hook have a long history together by seeing his face expression when he saw her in the episode The crocodile. But Regina isn’t powerful like her mother… wouldn’t it be suicide or am I wrong? Hmmmm…..

I think (maybe I’m totally wrong here) Graham’s situation was a bit different.. He couldn’t remember anything about his life or anything else because of the curse Regina did…. In Fairytale land that was, he was controlled by Regina since she had his heart, but he still could do what was right by saving Prince Charming (the last episode in season 1)… But in Storybrooke, he did what Regina wanted without knowing why.. Maybe that’s the reason why he couldn’t have those real emotions….?? Remember when Emma kissed him before Regina crushed his heart to dust….. Graham remembered everything again and he got tears in his eyes….. That could be real emotions right even when he didn’t have his heart?
Anyway maybe I’m wrong here and Hook has still his heart but Cora can’t hurt him because they do have a history… Cora didn’t take Regina’s heart even when Regina went against her wishes… Totally confused here… 😯
Maybe Cora and/or Regina couldn’t take his heart.
In The Crocodile, Rumplestiltskin reached in Hook’s chest and grabbed hold of his heart, without ripping it out, thanks to Milah showing up.
Maybe his heart was ‘marked’…..like Granny’s arm was ‘marked’ by the wolf.
