I thought it was interesting the conversation between and Regina about rewriting the “designer curse” that had been written by the two of them.

I wondered what might change Mr. Gold’s mind to rewrite it.

Mr. Gold thinks Regina has nothing more he wants, but he doesn’t yet know about Belle. I am wondering if this is where she plays her hand with him, to force him to rewrite it? But then wouldn’t it take some magic to enact it?

The only other thing I could think of that might encourage him to rewrite it so Emma wouldn’t have to die is the the theory that is going around that Bae is Henry’s father and if Emma were Bae’s true love and Henry his grandson, well that might convince Mr. Gold to reconsider.

    Anyone else have thoughts here?

The only thing I can think of for Gold to be able to rewrite the curse is to do what Regina did and sacrifice the magical objects he may have…as well as August since he’s “dying anyway…and Gold…may as well get something out of it.”

Expect the unexpected, Accept the unaccepted.
