I’m still confused.
I really wish they’d be consistent with this. Wendy’s London was the real one, but Alice’s is fictional? Really? 🙄
What the what?!?!
So, fictional Victorian London for Alice but NOT for Bae? But that means fictional London does exist, so it’s a world that we could visit.
But why can’t that be for Bae? Why are the Darlings in REAL London but Alice isn’t?

Yeah. Like I said, consistency would’ve been nice; either have all these characters who are originally from our world be from The Land Without Magic or from a fictional version of it, this hybrid is extremely confusing. 😕
I was going to say that maybe because the Darlings were based off a real family, they get to be in real London but then I remembered that Carrol based Alice off a real person too.
*HEADDESK*
That is all.
Carry on.
I think the fictional Victorian London may have to do with Alice not being where it appears to her that she is. Those asylum people seemed a bit too interested in her renouncing things all too specifically. I wonder if she is in a trap, not back home at all.
“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary wise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would. You see?” -- Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
Could be like the Dorothy was in OZ 😉

That’s a good point, I’ve considered this before, but Adam’s comment threw me for a loop for a moment that I forgot about it. And the trailer certainly does sound like she’s in trap with that random someone saying “Alice, she needs help” (do we even know or suspect who says that, anyway? I certainly didn’t recognize that voice as being from anyone of the main cast).
