I’ve posted before my crack heory of Regina being the original Snow White and I continue to encounter information that is supportive of that possibility. One of the things I have previously posted is Regina assumes many of the classic Disney “Snow White poses”.
On April 22, Victoria Smurfit gave an interview to Los Angeles Times and she mentioned closely matching the cartoon movie poses of Cruella so that Cruella would be recognizable.
“I looked at the original cartoon for sure because I wanted to make sure that I got her stance and her shape…I sort of stood with my arm up…I wanted her to be recognizable as the cartoon.”
This is consistant with what I have seen Lana do in her stance and shape playing Regina…many positions are exact replicas of Disney’s Snow White. This is also reflected in multiple promo pictures.

Whilst the Cora one and the brown eyed/blue eyed one might lend credence to your theory, I’m less convinced on the curtsey and the hands up one because there is limited ways you can curtsey or put your hands up so I wouldn’t say those were necessarily done to imitate Snow White’s poses. Same goes for the apple one. Those two poses aren’t the same and the apple is iconic to Regina as it is to Snow White. There is also limited ways to hold an apple and make it look good…..so yeah.
Could Regina be a nod to the original Snow White? Perhaps. Are the writers going to do anything with it or make it an actual in-show thing? Extremely unlikely.
