I do not think ARCHIE is dead… I think he is in a sleeping curse but needs someone to wake him up…. a lick by PONGO probably will not do.

Oh, come on! Has to be PONGO! 😆 I don’t think a kiss from Gepetto will cut it! 😆 😆 😆

They’re not gonna alienate all the EvilRegals before the whole series is complete, that’d just be a stupid business move to piss off such a huge chunk of your audience. But it would be kind of poetic, that when the show began, we saw her sacrificing her father’s life to make all this happen, and then in the end, she somehow sacrifices herself to make it all right again.

We see so many contradictions – in FTL Regina was the baddest of them all and showed no remorse or regret and kept on being merciless in her way to reach her goals – yet in Storybrooke she’s way more human and actually changes quite a lot. To me, it really is the case of the next few episodes – how she reacts to the situation will probably be the greatest test thus far and will hugely affect her future.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to say this, and perhaps have a small debate with the opposing.
I really do think Regina will have to die.
One way-
Emma and Henry- thats what all of us want, and in order for Once upon a time to have a happy ending- almost the only way to end it will be Henry with Emma. There isn’t any room for regina-thats why I’ve never been to keen on her redemption. there isn’t a way she could just fit in. What she wants would take Emma out of the picture…so, I do think she will have to die. But she could die redeemed, that is still possible.Or- she could start her fight against Emma for Henry- or maybe accept that she can never have him. When that happens-maybe she will give up hope and help her mother and be evil.
What are thoughts? I know this is a really popular prediction already-I just know people who don’t think she will die…and yeah 😀
Here’s the thing, I think we’ve seen far too much of Regina ‘growing up’ for Henry’s sake that she couldn’t revert. Even with all the crap going on now, she just sat in her car and cried. She could’ve done a hell of a lot more to grab Henry back but I think she’s learning, she’s remembering what true love was like and realizes she can’t do anything bad to get Henry. She has to earn his love, not fight for it. I think she’s going to become an integral part of the Cora fight and she’s going to be the one to make the aware of the evil that has come. She might be the one this time to save them all and that might be her saving grace.
But I really doubt she’s going to die or go back to being evil and fighting for Henry. She’s gone through far too much character development for her to fall back down, I’d like to think better of the creators than to think they went through all of that and all of her changing just to have her revert. Plus…I freaking love Lana and I do NOT want her gone from the show! K thanks

I think Regina will face her death in the series, but I think it is going to be in her trying to redeem herself, or by some other means. I am almost possitive that the Charmings will have no direct link to her death, except maybe by her dying to protect/ save them.
I WOULD DIE!!!

Haha I Need to clarify… I mean this as in the end of Once Upon a Time….not any time soon. I’m just saying like in thinking about where this show will end up with everyone.. 😛

Ahhh that makes more sense! Now as for the end, honestly anything is game. I dealt with these guys during Lost and all I can think is that at this point for all we know this is all some dream of Henry’s cuz he has a very normal, boring life so he dreams up living in a real/fairytale land XD. I would not put it past these writers!
January 22, 2013 at 3:36 am #169549timespacerParticipantEarly on, I assumed Regina would probably die at the end of the series, possibly sacrificing her life to save Henry, or to save Emma for Henry’s sake, and that would be her redemption. Now, I’m not so sure. Although I think Cora’s speed bump on Regina’s Rushed Road to Redemption will delay and complicate the process, I think Regina will eventually reform, after a bit of backsliding takes her even lower than she is now. That could mean she eventually reaches a point where she is willing to share Henry with Emma. After all, divorced parents manage to share custody of children in the real world so there could still be a happy ending if Henry has two moms who both love him and agree to let the other be in his life, instead of trying to tear him apart while fighting over him. But now I’m worried about Rumple because I have this feeling that it won’t be possible for both Rumple and Regina to reform and get a happy ending. I just suspect one or the other may wind up sacrificing themselves in the end in order to achieve redemption.

TheGoldenKey, as much I would like it, I don’t think Regina will redeem herself any time soon. She’s trying to, but she’s doing it for all the wrong reasons – to get Henry back on her side. Hence it is still selfish and she’s not even remotely sorry for all her wrongdoings.
I completely agree that Regina will revert back to being The Evil Queen because she cannot just redeem herself for Henry, which she did confess to doing on Sunday night’s episode of “In the name of the brother,” she has to do it for herself. But I don’t think that Regina will die. Regina has to get a good ending, if she doesn’t then Rumple shouldn’t get one either. He was one of the ones who started this mess, Cora broke Regina but Rumple filled her with hatred. Between the two they created a monster. If Rumple does in deed get to redeem himself then he should also chip in and help undo what he helped to create. If not he does not deserve to get a happily ever after with Belle either.
I have been watching the youtube interviews and Lana Parilla herself said that she believes Regina got lost and started spiraling down a void with no one to help her. If anything I think that will be part of Emma’s task as the savior, you know good vs. evil, the last battle. A fight to save someones soul and so forth. At least that is what I am hoping for. If Regina dies after all we have seen her suffer through and how we have seen that she was corrupted then there would be no point to the story, for that matter they should have just let the story end how it originally ended in the original Disney’s Snow White, The Evil Queen falling off a cliff and dying.
